WOW. I am amazed at the results of the Scarlet Laser after one treatment. I have been seeing Dr. Collins for a few years now for skin care, etc. She and her staff are amazing. They are professional yet manage to maintain a caring nurturing environment. Haley did my laser treatment and was great. No down time just a little sun kissed for a day or two. Sooooooooo worth it!!!

Kelly Collins is absolutely the most trustworthy to do any procedure you need to be your best YOU! I have done fillers, botox skin treatments of all kinds and people are always commenting on the results—apparently I always look like I had the best vacation after a treatment. Highly recommend! Luv the people at Premier Wellness!

I am writing this post to hopefully save other people money and time. I had an awful experience here with filler. The filler was not injected properly and after I called them to let them know I wanted it fixed they told me I needed to be patient and wait. I waited and contacted them again and they told me to come In to have the filler removed which they didn’t remove it or make it any better. I have been so upset with my appearance after spending money to “look” more refreshed and only looking worse. I found a different place to go to and she was extremely helpful and told me that she has “fixed” a lot of Premiers work. She couldn’t believe how bad my injection was and the way they injected it was incorrect. Save your money and please go somewhere else.

Dr. Kelly is a beautiful soul inside and out! She is thorough, detailed and up to date on the newest treatments offered. I've been coming to Premier Wellness for years. I trust Dr. Kelly with my face. I'm thankful for this, especially as a woman in this day and age.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I came in nervous and anxious but Dr. Kelly made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me into anything! My only problem is why I did not do this sooner?! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Had a c-pin procedure done by Ellie Mackay, RN. I felt absolutely that I was in good hands with her background. Ellie is extremely personable, put me at ease, and made the procedure painless. In fact, I was even giggling through it, which she told me was a first! LOL I highly recommend Ellie! 5 stars!!

This place is amazing. Dr Kelly Collins is amazing she filled my lips with restalyn and I had the most amazing experience. I was so nervous and scared but really wanted lips and Dr Collins was so informative she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She numbed my lips with just a lotion prior to my lip injections also that contained lidocaine!!!! I literally felt nothing and was so comfortable !!! And my results omg I feel so confident and loveeee my new lips❤️❤️❤️ I Will only go to primier wellness for ALL my skin problems or for touch ups. And the front office omg the girls upfront we’re also so informative sweet and kind. Anyone who needs anything done look no further!!! They have a forever customer -thank you premier wellness!!!!
