I WENT TO MY HAIR CUT MY IN LAYERS AND THE LADY THAT CUT MY HAIR WAS TRYING CUT MY EARS OFF AND SHE WAS A PULLING MY HAIR SHE WAS SO MEAN AND RUDE SHE LOOK LIKE SHE DID OT WANT TO WORK II CALL THE COPS ND REPORTED THIS AND I A.LSO CALLED THE . MANAGER AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED I DON'T DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY MY HAIR SO SHORT IAM NOT HAPPY WITH THE BAD SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY THIS HAIR CUT NOT WORTH $23 I NEVER BEEN TO A BEAUTY SALON WHERE PULL YOUR HAIR AND TRY TO CUT YOUR EARS OFF THATS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ILL NEVER GO HERE FOR A HAIR CUT AGAIN THE LADY LUCKY I DIDN'T HIT HER FOR THE WAY SHE TREATED ME BAD SERVICE.

I took my daughters and I here for the first and the last time. I'm very unhappy I was charged 110.00 for two haircuts had to ask for us to be be styled which was extra and one of my daughters just needed to have her hair styled. These ladies need to stick to cutting men's hair which when we got there it was full of men should of gave me a red flag they would not be up to the job. We didn't get what we asked for and I feel so cheated and taken advantage of never going there again lesson learned.

No long wait early in the mornings. I took my friend to cut her hair around 10 a.m. we got the second spot in line for her haircut, she understood how much to trim but still being able to put in a pony tail.

I came in for a haircut and full-head platinum blond. The stylist was nice, but a little unprofessional (answering personal phone calls while applying bleach and not taking much time to look at my reference picture to make sure she knew what I wanted). A different stylist also came over and helped my stylist, which I found unprofessional. The end result didn't quite match what I was hoping for in my reference photo. However, the stylist did confirm the shade she was going for with me, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt on that one. Everyone was sweet and it's a friendly atmosphere. But I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Overall, my treatment didn't match the premium price I paid.

Called to make an appointment. I was told it was a certain price. Got my sons' haircuts. She did not line them up. The back was uneven. It was a soso hair cut at best. When I paid I was told it was double what I was told over the phone. I told her I had called and checked the price before going and that was not what I had been told. She said nothing I can do and still charged me double. We will not be going back. Very disappointed. We only went because we were trying to support small businesses.
