I visited in February for a laser hair removal session and the customer service was great, they had a clean establishment and Maura was the Aesthetician that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

Beautiful and elegant clean facility.. Prestige MedSpa is owned and managed by a licensed doctor all services are provided by professionals..MORIAH she did a beautiful job and a wonderful job on my laser hair removal she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and accepted I have made more appointments there for more laser hair removal and I have had injections as well as lip threading ..please be careful ladies and gentlemen of who you use for your facial injections and treatment because there's a lot of folks out there that are not experienced and you will make a mistake like I have done in the past only prestige med spa for me from now on.. Dr. Awawu is a fantastic doctor. She has helped my husband and me by educating us on the life-changing benefits of Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. I had paid for a package. The first esthetician who treated me I seen results immediately. This new esthetician they have does not know what she’s doing. She treats your skin like it’s hers. She constantly talks about her skin. Honestly I just wanted to know how you can help me. After three treatments no results. Don’t go to this clinic. It will be a waste of money just go see a dermatologist.

I paid full price ($1200) for a procedure and was told it could take up to 2 months to see/experience results. NOTHING happened. I tried to reach out to see if they would honor doing the procedure again so that I cld get my money’s worth and they ghosted me. This is unprofessional and doesn’t show that they stand behind their work.

I would love to brag on this Spa! I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. I have been to several spas in over 20 years and nothing wows me anymore. However, I spoke to the wonderful Esthetician Maura and she calmed my fears and I just knew that I could trust her. Needless to say, she did wonders with my face!! She gave me the best facial treatment ever! If you want to have your face pampered and revived, please go see Maura at Prestige Spa! Thanks girl, I will be back.

Tenured client here. Highly recommend. Ask for Moira. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She recommends services based on what you need and doesn’t try to upsell like many other places. She is honest about which services and products are worth the investment and makes recommendations for others if you don’t have a strong need for it. Thorough treatments and service. My skin feels amazing. Recommend: laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels

The new Latina lady is horrible. Who uses a wash cloth on face to take off gel for laser treatment. Previous White lady who got fired kept my face smooth. Fire this new chic . Or train her. Never coming back . And yes I know the other lady was there over a year ago. Horrible results since she’s been gone! And prices went up !

I hate to put this down because the lady who would do my laser is very nice but it did not work that much! I have had around five sessions and I can barely tell any amount of hair has been taken away from my face or neck. I also couldn’t cancel or call because the phone does not accept voice mails. I hope this place gets better equipment

I have been going to Maura for over 2 years for all my beauty needs. If you have colored skin this is the place you must go! After having been burned at other facilities I finally found this place. The owner is colored and knows how to deliver quality treatments for our skin without damaging it. I will never go anywhere else again!

My face was burnt in one of the treatments, after that treatment for later treatments they reduced heat on my face, which didn’t result in good. After 9 treatments on my face there is no improvement at all.I requested them that I would like to talk to doctor, but it never happened. They don’t have the track of how many treatments we take. I realized I should have kept better track with dates of treatments done with receipts . Finally they concluded that I only took 6 treatments on my face, and now they can only offer me in house price for further treatments. And they don’t have any answer of how many more treatments I might need. Apparently there is lot more hair growth than before I start with them. This is very very disappointing. Thanks for your response on my feedback. Unfortunately I didn’t understand what is resolution given. And you mentioned me to call back. I appreciate if you can call me back on what you can do. I know if I call I can’t get to talk to doctor. If you could talk to her and get back to me on what best you could do, it will be appreciated. I called them as they mentioned in comments as I was asked to call back. Felt like I should not have called. She just ended call, no idea why I was asked to call back. I understood I didn’t take a wise decision in choosing them. Now I have to start my treatments all over somewhere else. Very bad experience. They don’t do the treatment effectively and their system is not good to track the number of treatments correctly. I didn’t see any difference in face after 9 treatments and legsy after 6 treatments. Please consider other places before starting treatment with prestige Med
