Very rude woman at the reception desk. I had a gift certificate that I finally found from last December. I was out of town and by the time I got home and wanted to use it I realized it was expired by 1 day. The woman said she would call her boss to see if they would honor it and took my number to text me and let me know. I never heard back from her! So not only are they rude, but dishonest too! Nothing like flushing $50 down the drain!
