Went in with my dad to get a hair cut, there was this ugly lady with big eyelashes and blonde hair. She asked what we needed. My dad said “just a haircut .” She told us “oh I’m almost done with this lady, go next door. Elizabeth stays longer” girl, it’s a men’s cut couldn’t be that long. We went next door because she did not want our business , we went to see “Elizabeth” but they were closed. She was probably just trying to get rid of us, How rude! Their hours aren’t posted here either how would we have known? Rude customer service , I would not recommend coming here even if we came earlier! She needs to learn how to communicate better with future customers.

Plain Rude did not even ask can I help you , she just sat in chair on her phone not inviting and she sd she only goes by appointments only

This was just 5 mins consult. Your principal of business is give details and not just let them sit on chair and charge money. Even in doctors office they explain everything. I did not sacrifice your lunch time just because you saw me for 5 mins and cannot tell someone to remove reviews. This was my opinion and I have every right to post it. I’m sorry this my principal.

I was recommend and saw some of the work from the Salon .. So decided to call and try to get an appointment.. I called 3 times and left a message 3 times all different days and NEVER got a call back and to me that is bad service
