Really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I made an appt a week in advance that I unfortunately had to cancel last minute (8 hr notice). Appts are made through booksy. I looked and there was no cancellation policy or deposit listed. Nor is it listed in the confirmation email/text. I cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. She texted to ask if I still wanted the rescheduled appt and informed me of the deposit/policy at this time. Before I could even respond to the text she canceled the rescheduled appointment. It took me maybe 10 mins to see the text. I let her know that was unprofessional and she proceeds to post to her business’ instagram calling me ghetto. Way to prove my point. Super disappointed because I’d heard great things. FYI you should tell clients about the cancellation policy and let them pay the deposit in advance. Most places have a deposit and/ cancellation policy. The difference is they tell you before the appt and have it listed on their website. I have no issue paying one. What she’s claiming on her story isn’t even what happened and she just proved my point about her being unprofessional. She’s clearly embarrassed by her behavior and that I called her out and decided to change the story on her social media to make herself look better. I didn’t refuse to pay the deposit. You didn’t tell me about it then got upset because I took 10 mins to respond. If that’s professional to you, you may want to look up the definition.

I definitely recommend taking her lash course. She's very informative and transparent which I love that about her.

Norma is the best! She owns the game with lash extensions. Won’t go to anyone else. Love her!!!!

I have been going to Norma (the owner) for 4 years with my eyelashes extensions & she’s always done an amazing job I’m always happy with the results. I constantly get compliments on them daily. I highly recommend going to see her or using anyone from her studio is amazing. Clean & cute place! I wouldn’t go to anyone else to do my eye lashes!

Very professional and has very good knowledge of what she is doing . Will guide you With good answers with any questions You have about your lashes . Hands down norma is the best lash artist! I went to two diff spots before i came here and i wasnt convinced with their work now i been doing my lashes with norma for two years

Love love love this place! I’ve had so much trouble finding a salon that offers the length and volume of lashes I’m looking for. This place definitely specializes in full glamour lashes. And they’re very reasonably priced too! Paola does incredible lashes and she’s very diligent in her work. I never leave disappointed!!
