Absolutely in love with this color! Mel is the stylist who works on my hair and she never disappoints. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, humble, and sweet. I have been a client at this salon for the past 5 years and each experience is always 10/10. You are immediately greeted when you walk in and asked how they can help you. Each person who works there takes their time with you to provide the best service possible. They ask questions, will ask for inspiration pictures, or even help you look for inspiration if you’re unsure. Their goal is to help bring your vision of your hair, nails, brows, (etc) to life. It’s truly an environment full of love and positivity. If you’re looking for a new salon, new stylist, or new nail tech, look no further. This is the place to be.

After a disastrous experience at another salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair and nails done at a salon. My fears were put at ease when I went to Pretty Hair & Nail Spa and they expertly brought back health and beauty to my hair and nails. I love that they care enough for the clients that they will recommend what’s best for you even if it may not bring them the biggest paycheck! It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair and nails done by someone who enjoys what they do! Thank you ladies!

Iv gone here 3 times before each time was what I asked for but this last time they charged me double I would never pay more then 100 including tip yet this last time they charged me 240 dollars amd after 5 hours my hair never caught the color and now it's all damaged no other salon will touch my hair now I know why people don't pay and just leave really unacceptable aslo the girls that work there as well are very unprofessional always talking about other clients and very uncomfortable conversations about s*x female and males body parts that they are watching on TV unless you want to waste your time and money don't go here even a simple set of nails you will be here 3+ hours

Me acabo de ir de este lugar y la persona que me atendió apenas tenia 1 semana trabajando. El agua del pedicure estaba súper fría, la cambio y el agua siguió igual de fría. Le tenía que decir a la trabajadora cómo meter los instrumentos a las uñas y pies porque tenía miedo. Desafortunadamente no lo recomiendo para nada!

Clean facility. Friendly staff, took their time with me and my grandma. Made my grandma and I an appointment so we didn't have to wait. Valarie and Paulina are amazing artists and take the time to listen to what the customer wants! Definitely coming back!!

I had a wonderful experience. I went in for my birthday to get my hair styled, a full set of ombre nails, and a basic pedicure. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for my experience. Miriam is the nail technician that took care of my full set and pedicure while Molly took care of my hair being styled. Hands down to both of these women! Not only did they do an amazing job but they made me feel comfortable. I already scheduled an appointment to go back because I don't feel the need to find another hair & nail salon.

I would of given it a 5 star but at first their was this new girl who cut my mom and made her bleed so they changed to Crystal and she is awesome! My boyfriend and I were with Paulina she was excellent as well I had a really good experience with the girls even though at first it went poorly they were able to changed our perspective of the place!🙂 I almost forgot to mentioned the wine and the mimosas very nice gesture too!

Made an appointment and the individual did not show up to work. Instead of them attempting to assist me with the matter, no communication was done, I sat and waited for 15 min and had to leave. A relative told me this happened to her, thought I would give it a try and unfortunately wasted my time.

My pedicure with Paulina was great! The ladies are down to earth and easy-going and i felt comfortable the whole appointment. I got offered a mimosa, and water to relax and they all seemed to get along between them which was very refreshing. Great monthly special too! Highly recommended!

The receptionist is kind when you enter by greeting you and offering you a drink. All the nail techs are friendly and take their time with their designs (I highly recommend Cindy). Mel is very knowledgeable with hair and works well with various types of hair and techniques.

This place to just the best. I genuinely love this place but the ladies here are just amazing! Suck a fun and humble environment. They make you feel welcome and do such great work; ALL OF THEM. I go with Valerie when I go and she is such an amazing soul! Her work is amazing! I strongly recommend this place so much! Make an APPOINTMENT!! they won’t disappoint! 💜

This was my first time and I loved it! I had been trying to find a salon ever since my nail tech of 10 years left to San Antonio a year ago. Cindy and the ladies are so friendly and happy and very talkative. They bring a smile to everyone that walks in. Ms. Olga did my nails and I love them! Not to thick and not to thin.
