Just had the best experience with Vanessa, the sweetest esthetician. I experienced my first dermaplaning facial and she was so gentle and informative. She really knows her stuff! She even added on an eyebrow wax last minute and accommodated me on the spot. I met the owner, Missy, who personally introduced herself and was so kind and loving. 🥰 Elizabeth, the front desk manager made me feel so comfortable and welcome during the checking in and out process. I’ll definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Missy Bowie is a 10/10. Her professionalism and skill is what sets her and her business apart from others. She is extremely knowledgeable and provides clarity with every question you ask. I have never been more pleased with a service I’ve received. Missy is also someone who not only takes pride in every single client but she takes pride in her employees as well which says a lot about her character and her as a leader. If you’re looking for a new MedSpa I would 1000% recommend Pretty Hurts HQ! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had the best experience here! I got a facial with Vanessa, and then had a consultation with Kennedy for Botox. Though I didn’t get any, she was so informative and kind to answering my questions and walking me through the process. If you are new to your skincare journey or you are looking for someone to give you natural Botox, you have to come here!

I’ve been going to see Missy for years. I moved out of state five years ago and continue to fly in to get treatments when I can. She is very informative, asks questions and makes sure you are comfortable. She also goes over post procedures in detail. I would highly recommend Pretty Hurts to everyone!

Pretty Hurts is THE place for injectables in FW! Missy and the rest of the team are so knowledgable, kind and professional, and always do a bang up job making you look and feel your best. Not to mention, the office manager Elizabeth, is so helpful, sweet and not to mention, gorgeous. I was so thrilled with my results and experience, and completely trust them with my face. They make sure that everything is balanced and play up your assets. Can't say enough good things!
