i went here for the first time today and i absolutely loved it! everyone was super nice and it’s more affordable compared to other places i’ve been to. i will definitely be coming back!

Love and Lily are so pleasant and great at what they do! I never feel rushed or have to wait when I’ve made an appointment. Where other salons are overpriced, this salon has fair prices and great work. They truly are a pleasant experience……

I love coming to Pretty Nails, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My nails always last a long time and I always leave with exactly what I asked for. The salon is very clean and well decorated. I highly recommend!

Lily is awesome. The nail salon is so clean and Lily is excellent. Best nail shop I’ve been in since I moved to Kentucky. Try them out you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I’ve recently moved and been to multiple nail salons in the area. Pretty nails had been the best experience and I will continue to return here as my primary salon. The staff are friendly and the environment is calming. Everyone has been wonderful, especially Love!

The best pedicure! My mom and I both got pedicures and they were wonderful! Our massages were both excellent and we will most definitely be back! The owners and their team are SO nice.

I thought i would give this nail salon another try so I called and made an appointment for 5. Got their and they said have a seat 20 mins later i finally got seated. When they asked me what i would like to do i said hand and feet gel but i dont have alot of time. So they said dont worry we do it both at the same time. I thought that was so nice so i agreed but once they got done with my nails they were terrible. I was in a rush so i didnt want to argue but after i got home i felt so taken adavantaged off. I understand if your busy just say no. I had a aweful experience.

Lilly is the absolute best at pedicures. I told them my expectations were high and we laughed about it the whole time while they provided their standard quality service. They’ve set the bar high. I love it here 😂

I just got off work and they took me almost immediately as a walk in. I got classic dip and it was perfection, along with amazing service. I had Love and he was the best I could’ve ever asked for. We had great conversation, my nails were clean and sharp, and he finished with cuticle oil and even a hot towel that was just apart of the dip charge. It’s so refreshing to be met with friendly and kind service, and great work to go with it!

A true 5 Star experience. The owner is very nice and friendly. All of the technicians are too and are very good at what they do. My nail shape and color are perfect. He (Love) is extremely good at his craft. I will be becoming a regular here. Plus the decor is pink so they already won me over when I walked in.

I’ve fully switched to this salon after being a long time patron at another place. The owners here are absolutely fantastic. I have never asked for something they couldn’t do. Every time I come in, I’m taken care of right away and the quality is extremely top notch.

This was my first time visiting this nail shop. Love was my nail tech. He treated me as if he knew me for years. I love my nails and my pedicure was wonderful. I will be back in two weeks. You need to come see for yourself.

TLDR - find a better place … unless you can’t. I called for an appointment 36 hours prior, call was answered by a very personable lady who made conversation and wasn’t “just business”. We are 9 hours from home, appointment was for 2 full sets and 1 pedi (my 12 year old twins were jr bridesmaids in their brother’s wedding 2 days later) and I needed a spring pedicure. The staff, two women, were very polite and conversational. Customer service felt 3-4 ish stars, however …. I spent well over $200, my pedicure was not as thorough as usual (maybe Louisville ladies have more gentler and tender feet? 😉), but my ‘dawgs’ are from VA, and needed a little file or pumice for some rough winter spots, and there was zero. 6 toes had polish ruined by dinner, even though I was super careful. I don’t understand different polishes, but suspect the wrong type/wasn’t cured was used, but don’t actually know. Additionally, my girls’ nails have been peeling off since about Day 3 (first noticeable edge bubble) and now … at Day 11, all 20 nails are completely off. Even though I wasn’t happy with my pedicure, I wouldn’t have left a review except that the 2 full sets of nails that were a complete waste. 2 stars - I got what I needed for the wedding [48 hours later] but it should have been cheaper if I wasn’t going to last as long as expected.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. New Management has everything under control. I walked in and was helped right away. I got an old set from a previous shop removed and a new full set put on. The shape was exactly what I asked for. Conversation was great and my every concern was addressed immediately. I asked for a freestyle design and just provided the colors I wanted. I am so happy with the design and overall look of my nails but it didn’t end when he was done with the designs. A hot towel wrap was included and cuticle oil applied. This truly was one of, if not, the best nail experiences I’ve had in Louisville. Very clean and the prices are SOOO affordable.

Pretty Nails does a fantastic job every time I go to get either a manicure or a pedicure. I started going after the ownership change and I have been to each person that works there and I am always happy with my nails! Lily is amazing! My new favorite salon by far!

Truly a good experience! Had a pedicure, with a great foot massage and reasonably priced! They do excellent work here. Will be coming back!
