My friend and I went to go get our nails done. Cause we loved our nails the last time we got it done, so naturally we went back. But this time it was a guy who did our nails. There were only two people so I understand why he was in a hurry but my nails turned out terrible and when I checked at the reviews most of the bad reviews are about the guy who works there. So if you guys do end up going there make sure it’s not the guy working their doing your nails cause he is terrible at it and if you tell him stuff he will quite literally ask you do you know how to do nails and gaslight you. Also like my nails are already coming off. Guys please go check the yelp reviews. I was lowkey thinking it was my fault but it is all him. Everybody on yelp hates him.

I didn’t like this at all me and my best friend went to go get matching pedicures we’re supposed to get white with one hibiscus flour on the big toe. The lady who did me did a terrible job. She did nothing like the picture at all. She put green in there and there was no green in the picture and I showed her the picture I was so disappointed. I told her to cover it up. She only put one coat of white over it. It was still see-through. Very bad job. I’m the one in the orange the other One is what I showed her and Asked if she could do it if she couldn’t do it she should have said I can’t do that instead of putting dots on my nail

The place is okay depends on who you get to do your nails the ones that talks the most doesn’t do a good job the nails come out crooked and if u ask for square there not square as it should be

WELCOME TO YOUR NEW FAVORITE NAIL BAR!!!!!! This place never fails to amaze me. No matter who my nail tech is, I always walk away happy. They take their time on every customer and are very pleasant to be around. On top of that, they have such a clean environment. Everything about this place gets 5 stars.

I am visiting from California, and my sisters and I wanted to get a mani/pedi at a local nail salon. So my sister who lives in the area took us to this place to try for the first time. We looked online and thought it would be good because of the ratings and pictures looked nice, my sister called and made a reservation. When we got there, they were short staffed and asked us to wait. My sister and I waited for over an hour before being helped. Their service menu mentioned they offered drinks with services but they never once offered us anything to drink while we waited, until my sister was thirsty and asked when we were already done and ready to leave. When we were ready to pay, my sister wanted to know how much was the breakdown of all our the total cost for us to pay and the male employee gave an attitude and started to go on a rampage attacking by accusing us that we were complaining about the service to avoid having to pay which was absurd. My sisters both left a review, and just reading the owner’s response, it is apparent this guy clearly did not have any customer service skills whatsoever, and does not know how to deal with customer complaints. Instead of addressing the problems and trying to understand the customer’s questions, he instead proceeds to make up random false comments by saying that we don’t know anything about America, when we were in fact born and raised as U.S. citizens in this country, and our parents are U.S. citizens. And my sister who he was verbally attacking served in the U.S. military as an Army doctor. She was extremely polite and calm, and he was excessively aggressive in his tone. He does not know the true nature of us at all, but now we know HIS true nature - which is absolutely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I cannot believe this guy has the audacity to attack our character when he doesn’t even know us. I do not recommend anyone to go here if you want to be treated with respect and if you want to be provided services in a timely manner with employees that have good communication skills. This guy is a bad representation for this business and needs to take some lessons in communication and anger management. Don’t fall for the ratings on Google, check out the bad Yelp reviews before you come here.

Love this place! They are so kind and professional. I brought kiddos here today and they were SO patient and gave them the absolute best experience and cutest nails ♥️ so accommodating with their silly requests :)

My sister chose this place because of the "rave" reviews. I am skeptical that the reviews are real after my personal experience this evening where I witnessed one of the employees' behavior swing from pleasant to hostile in a literal second. To be honest, the employee was generally pleasant while we were there, but when it came time to pay and my sister asked for a breakdown of the services, a switch flipped and he was suddenly revealing his true nature i.e. a racist with explosive anger management issues. I understand that he might have had some poor experience with customers trying to scam him in the past but that is no excuse for his explosive anger towards a customer simply asking for a breakdown of the services before paying. Sketchy, shady, and sad is how I would summarize this subpar facility.

Poorly run business. We left after patiently waiting a hour and without ever having received any service. Even with an appointment was ignored by staff. Will never return.

Pretty Nails has always provided excellent service. I have had different technicians over the years who have done nails for me and my two granddaughters. They are always very thorough and professional. I have known Linda who works there for many years and I ask for her when she’s there. I highly recommend Pretty Nails.

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for. We made an appointment for 2pm, didn’t get service until 3:15, and there was not a clear understanding of cost breakdown and when asked to break down the cost of the services, the man at the register got defensive, raised his voice in front of a 6yo child, and started to bring up race saying that he knew who I was, because I was brown and Filipina. I’m not sure if he has had bad experiences in the past, and was projecting this, but they need to have better customer service training, better communication, and be upfront about costs. He accused us of not wanting to pay but I was just asking for a breakdown of cost as the price was higher than expected. We did pay the full price as we were intending but without tip for the poor overall experience.
