Keenah is very professional, great advice on your type of hair, and creates a fun environment. I love how she takes her time and precise in every strand she touchs. She always does amazing job and will always be my stylist. Never had anyone do my hair as good as her and last as long. Definitely a great experience everytime.

I would like to say I rode 3 hours to get my hair done and it was worth it when I say she is the best my hair looks just let I wanted it to look, I had the best time she was so easy to talk she is more than a stylist she’s the real deal..If you want a stylist that knows about hair healthy hair she’s the person to go to..Will be back in 3 weeks..Thank you..

She's a very great stylist. Probably the best in the Greensboro area I would definitely say. She can do any style that you ask for ( old or new) and is very well aware of what it takes to keep your hair healthy. I like the fact that she knows the true basics of a REAL hairstylist which is hard to find in 2023. She is very kind also professional and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. You will definitely get A LOT of longevity and AMAZING quality when it comes to her work.

She did a extraordinary job on my hair. My partner, my friends, and my family are pleased! I am truly happy what she did to my hair and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Would give 0 stars if I could but google wouldn’t let me. I just had a baby and wanted to take time to get my hair done and feel like myself again. Was recommended Keenah via Facebook, was happy at first that I was able to schedule an after hr appointment. As a Muslim women, privacy with my hair is important. Scheduled my appointment on an after hour day (Sunday) was scheduled for 11am. I needed to change day to make sure I had a babysitter for my other kids ..I made sure I communicated this with her on the Friday prior, she couldn’t do that day requested, so we sticked to Sunday but at a later time. I told her I would call back to confirm that time. I did exactly that, received no answer from keenah, left a voicemail with the confirmation. Day of appointment, running 3 mins late, I called to inform Keenah my eta, she then tells me she dismissed my appt because I never got back to her. I told her that is not true, I called about an hr later, received no answer AND also left a voicemail. She told me she doesn’t have access to her voicemail and that’s why she prefers phone call or text messages. Nowhere did she state to send her a text message and I made sure I did my part in calling back. She then stated to me she didn’t know people still leave voicemails these days. 🤔 I’m not sure what person running a business do not accept and receive voicemails. Highly disappointed with level of communication from her. This potential customer was willing to pay the extra fee for after hours days, expensive treatments, blowouts etc., she could’ve taken the time to better communicate with me as I did with her. What also made me upset was she didn’t try to rectify her “professional” error with an apology, rebooking appointment, nothing. It was like she could care less about all that transpired. Will be taking my money to someone else.
