I had a great experience here..I don't go by someone else's review because 99 percent of the time its just pure hatred.As a black person just seeing the hate my people have for one another is extremely saddening.

I started off with damaged hair and little to no hope. I typically would hop around to different stylist due to college. I’ve now been going to Erica a year! I love how my hair is thickening and the overall health improved. I am also a very tender headed woman and lord knows she has patience for me and I truly appreciate it!!!

I went to pretty palace for a retwist by Candi and I felt right at home and she did a great job. I strongly recommend anyone to go there for her service's you will not be disappointed and I will be going back in the future.

Pretty Palace is the place to go! The owner is super nice, very dedicated to her clients. Doesn’t matter what you want done she will do it all! I am so thankful for finding a HOME for my hair! You won’t be disappointed ladies!

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you want to spend your hard earned money for a service and then be belittled and treated as if you’re beneath the owner, then this is the place for you. Candie, the stylist that works there is however the exact opposite, it’s just unfortunate that everything goes through the owner even payments for service that another stylist completes, makes it hard to even remain a loyal paying customer to her although she’s done nothing. Worst experience I’ve ever been put in with a business owner. Would not recommend. Hope this helps.

I have found a salon to call home! They book same day appointments and are mindful of peoples time. They don't leave clients waiting which is something I truly appreciate. There are multiple stylist available and a variety of services to offer. The salon is neat & clean as well. Call Now to book the rest of your appointments..not just your next appointment!

I went to this place to get a basic sew in with minimal leave out. The hairstylist was nice and everything but she messed up my sew in. She put it too close to the leave out and didn’t leave barely any hair to hide the tracks so you can easily see my tracks since there was barely any hair used. Yes I understand it’s just the side part left out but it would have been better if she moved the tracks further down on my head to where it isnt noticeable. I had to end up taking out the sew in the next day because it was horribly done and everyone could see my tracks. It looked great but taking a closer look at the top of my head you could see my tracks

Look no more!! I spent years, since I moved from another state, looking for a good stylist. Erica is amazing and always does a great job on my hair. My hair has grown a lot! The shop is peaceful and the service is outstanding. My 5 year old daughter get her hair braided here also. She loves her stylist as well. Yolisha is super sweet and patient with her. You will not regret coming here!!

My stylist was Candy. She greeted me, and welcomed me to the salon. Candy was very nice. She didn't judge and you can tell that she's authentic. After she asked me about the install, and what I wanted, I didn't have the correct hair for the style that I wanted. (This was my first sew-in and I didn't know what I was doing.) I didn't even know the correct hair to purchase. Candy recommended a install that was low maintenance (I'm a relax and flat iron type of girl) and I could still get what I wanted! Her customer service is amazing. I'm biased with black hair salons "Ghetto and unprofessional", but Candy has me as a loyal customer. She has definitely changed my mind about blk hair salons. I love my hairdo, my daughter says that it looks like a 50s hairdo, and guess what I love it! It fits my face and it's extra cute. (A hairdo will do wonders for your confidence, and guess what Candy? Thank you!) I'm the woman that came in on Sunday and had the hair that was ridiculous to curl! (I will buy human hair from now on!) LOL... I have no problems singing this woman's praises, but when she braided my hair she was considerate. I would endure braids that gave me a free facelift and changed my ethnicity. I became part asian! These braids have loosened up after 2 days. I'm extremely tender headed, but these braids were just right. Thank you Candy! I write bad reviews all of the time, but when someone exceeds my expectations, I have to give credit where credit is due!

This is an extremely professional salon. The owner is so very knowledgeable of hair care. Erica is the owner and she is very concerned about the health of your hair and makes it obvious in how she cares for and treats your hair. If you are blessed enough to sit in her chair you will definitely never be disappointed. This salon was a God send. This salon does not disappoint.

Amazing first visit! Not only was she puntual, she was accommodating to my schedule. The quality of service was superb and she really took care of my super thick natural hair and scalp without being rough. I left out with flowy, flake free hair!

I have been going to Pretty Palace and Erica for little over a year and my hair has grown so much. Erica is very passionate about her craft and it shows in the results. My hair had thinned out and started falling out and now it has grown back and is so much fuller. The atmosphere is always relaxed and just chill.
