Ashley is great ! She was able to fix my brow shape after I had tried so many times to get previous brow artists to understand the shape I wanted. She executed exactly what I was looking for, every hair was tweezed to perfection! I’m so happy I found her, can’t wait to go back for a facial.

I received a my first facial here in January of 2023. The facial was really great. Because I have oily, porous skin and am someone of African descent, I am skeptical of facial. However, Ashley was very aware of my skin type and her products left my skin smooth and soft. I recommend her to anyone wanting to get a facial for the first time.

I had an incredible experience at Pretty Palace with Ashley. After searching for a year for the right esthetician to perform extractions, I was thrilled when I called Ashley. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended a treatment that suited both my skin’s needs and my budget. To top it off, she scheduled me for an appointment the very next day! The facial exceeded all my expectations. Ashley started by cleansing my face and massaging it while using steam, which was so relaxing. She then did the extractions, followed by applying an amazing pumpkin enzyme mask. Her attention to detail made me feel like I was getting the ultimate spa experience. Throughout the process, Ashley offered helpful skincare advice to improve hydration without pressuring me to buy products. Instead, she gave me samples to try. What really impressed me was her follow-up. I sent her a list of products I already owned, and she provided detailed feedback along with recommendations on how to keep my skin hydrated while using them. Her knowledge and care truly made a difference. I didn’t hesitate to book my next appointment right after my facial. Ashley was great! This was my first facial and definitely won't be my last. My skin feels hydrated and refreshed, not to mention how relaxing the service was! I checked my garmin watch after and it actually showed that my "body battery" recharged while I was there, even my message earlier in the day didn't do that!

I booked an appointment for the Botox Barbie facial. This was my first facial with Ashley and I had a wonderful experience! She was so sweet and made the experience great. I've gone to Ashley a few times now and have received amazing service! She creates such a warm and welcoming environment that makes me feel relaxed from the moment I walk in. During one of my sessions, my sleep tracker thought I took a nap! That's how relaxed I was, lol. I appreciate the level of detail and care she puts into the experience, sharing her observations of my skin and giving me recommendations for ongoing skincare. I usually get the hydradermabrasion infusion and my face feels super fresh afterwards. I'll definitely be back for more services!

I miss Ashley so much!!! She was my esthetician before I moved to Colorado. She was the only one I trusted with my skin! Her suite is beautifully decorated, serene, and very welcoming. Location is easy to find and there’s free parking under the building structure. I’ve always loved Ashley’s attention to detail during my microdermadrasions/facials and she was always super nice, attentive, and informative on how to care for my skin post appointments :)

I went to Ashley for an ultimate hydradermabrasion infusion facial. My skin feels so amazing! I had a very relaxing time (90 min) and Ashley is fun to talk to as well! The room is very cute, pink and clean. The building has a lot of parking in midtown, which makes it very convenient. Can't wait to go back!

She was nice but the water for the steamer for the facial was dirty with a lot of sediment. Edit: I used class pass credits to book and confirmed that it was Pretty Parlor I went to. I came a few months back. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but it was my first facial and I didn't say anything about the dirty water because I wasn't aware it was the same water that would be used on my face.

Ashley does my brow waxing and facials. My brows are always how I ask and she makes sure I’m happy with it, which I appreciate. My skin always is clear for weeks after my facials with Ashley and her products and environment is relaxing and smells amazing. Great product recommendations as well. 💯 recommend
