As they say, the vibes were immaculate! I went for a facial and Jennifer took the best care of me! She really took the time and care to explain the whole process, gave me time to ask my questions and just made me feel so safe and comforted. The music was awesome, the treatment was AMAZING, she added shoulder, arm and hand massage which I’ve never experienced with a facial before. Once it was over, she didn’t try and push any products on me or sell me on any extras. She gave me practical advice for how I can continue care on my own and I will definitely go see her again!!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer’s expertise and skillful touch are unmatched—she has truly magical hands that leave you feeling rejuvenated and radiant. Her attention to detail and dedication to using high-quality, natural products made all the difference for my skin. I felt pampered, nurtured, and glowing with every step of the treatment. I cannot recommend this place and Jennifer’s exceptional care more highly! I’ll be back soon!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting esthetician Svitlana. I haven’t gotten a facial in a while, my skin was inflamed, my pores clogged and my texture was dry. After Svitlana examined my skin under a light she knew exactly what my skin needed. She gave me a lovely deep cleanse chemical peel, removing the dead skin, and bacteria from my face. She also took her time extracting my pores and smoothing the texture of my skin. Not only did this feel lovely it felt productive. After one hour of relaxation my skin looked much healthier and more refreshed than before. I can’t wait to visit Svitlana next month!

A few weeks out from my wedding and I wanted to get my first facial. A friend recommended Pretty Please and luckily an appointment was available. I worked with Amy and she was fantastic. My facial was the most soothing, calming and wonderful experience! My face felt amazing. My body felt relaxed. Absolutely weaving facials into my self care routine!!!!

Anne is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable about skincare and very kind. I have been going to her for the past year and she has helped me with my dry skin and mild rosacea. Space is clean and relaxing.

I went in for my first facial EVER and had the pleasure of meeting Anne. She was so lovely informative, and through. She was so gentle that I ended up falling asleep during the facial! She walked me through the whole process and gave me some recommendations after. Look forward to coming back for my next facial!

Pretty Please is my happy place. I always feel great during and after visit. My skin is glowing after and I really like the products they use. The rooms are so pretty and relaxing and Jennifer is definitely the nicest and caring esthetician I've ever been to. The massage is my favorite part and such a nice touch to your whole experience.

I booked the clear it and glow facial in hopes of clearing out my whiteheads/blackheads before a trip. I specifically paid extra for this service because it said it was extraction focused. However, during the facial, I felt like we spent most of the session applying products to my face and getting massaged. The extractions ended up taking only 5 min out of the entire hour and it was done very light handedly with no needles or tools. As someone who has been getting facials for over 10 years at different facial spas (mother is also an licensed esthetician on the west coast), this wasn't the service I was expecting. After taking a closer look at their website, they specifically call out that they do not use lancets or force anything out. So I in no way blame my esthetician for following procedure. However, I feel like it was bit misleading to call it extraction focused as extractions are commonly done with tools and have immediate results. I walked out of the session with the same textured skin I went in with and $200 less in my pocket. It really felt like the most basic facial so I have no idea why I paid extra for it. The only reason why I'm still giving two stars is because: 1. I probably could have read into their website a little more before booking. (They should write that on their booking site too) 2. Their staff is incredibly sweet and professional. I gave my esthetician my feedback after and she took it amazingly. But I will probably not be back again just because of their extraction policy

I started seeing Jen in November of 2023 and my skin has never looked better. She is super knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your specific skin and what you actually need and caters each session to whatever skin issues you're having at that time. She is also the nicest and most genuine person and always brightens my day. I looked forward to going to PP spa every month.

Pretty Please Skincare has allowed me to finally feel confident in my skin, I've been to numerous spas in the past and felt as though my skin was never improving. Since moving to NYC I experienced acne and dry skin which was a shock as I never dealt with breakouts. When I first visited they emphasized the "less is more" appraoch and healed both my skin and confidence in myself. Every time I visit it feels as though I'm transported to a peaceful sanctuary, the staff is wonderful and knowledgable. My skin has transformed since coming in reguarly I now have glowing clear skin and refuse to go anywhere else I am obsessed! Highly reccomend !

An update that Pretty Please remains the best kept secret in NYC. I have been coming here for years and my skin continues to get better as I age. The products they use are incredible, organic and the blend is customized for you depending on what your skin needs on any given day. I can not recommend Jen and the entire team enough. If you need a facial or an update to your skin care routine, this is the place.

Excellent facial! I’ve had facials since I was 12 and this was really excellent. Michelle was great and my skin looked so clear, clean, and soft after. I came here as a treat a week before my wedding, and I’ll definitely be back. It’s really worth the money.

The stress and this New York air has really messed up my skin….. Acne is terrible, and typically I find facials to be a let down and a push to buy their products but noooo not here. I felt so clean and fresh and my skin has improved in a week. I asked for recommendations and she told me just to start with two do not add more, which made the trust with them even higher, because I would have bought a lot more! The picture I took the following day so you could see the glow.

This was my FIRST FACIAL EVER, yes you read correctly MY FIRST🥴. There are a TON of Spa’s in NYC so I did a pretty deep search in finding Pretty Please Skincare and I’m so glad I settled on them. I made an appointment online but I had things to do in the city (3days before my appointment date) so I noticed after making my appointment there was a “Waitlist”. I kindly put my name on the list and while handling my business in the city I took a chance and called the office. No one pickup (probably because they were with a client) but they texted me back almost immediately. I assumed after they checked their appointment book, they noticed an opening and told me to come in at 3:30pm. I was super excited and arrived about 10mins before my appointment. Okay this is where it gets fun, the aura of the office is AMAZING and SOOTHING and it SMELLS DELICIOUS. I was met by Jennifer (the owner) and at the time I didn’t realize I was talking to the owner. She was SUPER SWEET, KIND, INFORMATIVE and so excited that this was my first facial. Jennifer walked me into my room and explained everything and shortly after that she got to work and I must say I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. I don’t want to share too much because I want you to experience what I had experienced and I don’t want to spoil the fun 😁. The last thing I will say is that I can’t wait for my next Facial 🥰.

Michelle is the absolute sweetest and the best. I have come to her about 5 times now and I look forward to my facial with her every single time because of her soothing aura and I look at it as my hour of relaxation. Totally recommend her!

I've been coming to Pretty Please since 2015, and I almost do not want to write this review, as this spa is such a precious, hidden gem of a spot! I love every esthetician I've seen -- they are all incredibly welcoming, friendly, always offering skincare tips, and answering all of my questions about my problematic skin. I leave feel refreshed and glowing. They also exclusively carry Eminence Organics skincare, which is a wonderful line that's all natural and nourishing.

Let me say OMG!!!! My sister offered me my first ever facial for my birthday today…(it’s actually on the 24th..and happy birthday to me!!! 😘) Let me tell you, from the moment we walked into the store until the moment my sister and I left everyone was very professional and courteous!!!! The wait was just a few minutes and my session was amazing. Every time a product was being put on my face I was told what it contained and what function it had on my skin. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling that I finally knew what was good for my skin and from now on what to incorporate in my skincare routine. I will definitely come back!!!!!

My face always breaks out after facials so I don't get them often. I had some extra time in NYC and decided to try again. Elena was amazing; so knowledgeable and understanding and such a sweet person. The experience itself was so relaxing and calming and it’s been several days and my face didn’t break out! I’ve definitely found my place since I’m in NYC often. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Pretty Please’s staff was amazing. I booked the appointment for my sister’s birthday and she was very happy with the service, her skin looked amazing afterwards, plus she was given great advises by Elle who was really professional and friendly! I can’t wait to try myself really soon!
