Sooo in love with this place! The ambiance is calming all while my lash tech Aubrey is extremely professional, precise and very personable. I’m a 4 year client and less just saying I’m not going anywhere.

To say Aubrey is merely a lash artist would be an understatement; she's an enchantress with unparalleled talent. To some, lash extensions might seem like a frivolous indulgence. For me, however, they represent a world of confidence that had been cruelly robbed from me. At just 11, a condition drove me to experience unbearable discomfort around my eyelids. It led to an uncontrollable urge to pull out my lashes, subjecting me to years of emotional pain and bullying. This self-inflicted torment persisted for nearly a quarter of a century, where I was constantly shrouded in shame, and found myself resorting to layers of dark makeup to hide the bald patches. Photos became a dreaded ordeal, and I feverishly researched ways to apply fake lashes to hide my condition. Throughout my journey, I approached several professionals seeking lash extensions. I was mostly met with dismissals, comments about my lashes being too short, or outright refusals on the grounds that I was too "high-risk". That is, until I walked into Pretty Please and met Aubrey. Aubrey's magic has been nothing short of life-altering for me. No matter how my lashes look when I step into her studio—be it short, sparse, or even non-existent—she never casts judgment or radiates negativity. Instead, she gets to work, and I walk out looking fabulous. The confidence she's reinstated in me is immeasurable. To Aubrey: Words may falter in expressing the depth of my gratitude, but I hope they convey even a fraction of it. I get my lash extensions filled in every two weeks and the studio is always clean and smells good! Aubrey is very sweet and amazing at what she does!
