Update Jan 20, 2025: Went for Accutite & Morpheus treatment for tightening under my chin & jaw line. The procedure went very well and I can't wait to see the results as the take full effect. I went to Primary Aesthetic Skin Care to see about my post acne scarring. Elena explained the different treatments available and how they work. She did an alternating series of laser and Platelet Rich Plasma(PRP) Micro-needling. The skin on my face is visibly smoother and tighter. As a bonus, I even look a little younger.

Booked first time via Groupon . The staff are great. Excellent place , clean and comfortable .Was a such a great experience….Laila is amazing , very patience, profesional , she took her time to explained everything about laser .In January my 2th sesión !! Highly recommend !!

I had a great experience at primary aesthetic. Everyone was kind and made me comfortable. I received botox and Lisa, who administered it, was professional and nice and definitely a skilled practitioner!!

I forgot my appointment and received a reminder after my scheduled time and I was fortunate that Lisa said she would wait the 1/2 hour that it would take to get there. She did and I was able to get my service. It was so very nice that she waited for me. Wonderful place. My second time going here .

Terrible!! The absolute WORST customer service and bedside manner I have experienced in a medical office. The receptionist and aesthetician who work on Saturday are quite possibly the most rude, judgmental individuals I have ever encountered. Not trustworthy and just condescending bullies. I walked out.

Great experience from the pleasant woman at the front desk and amazing service with Layla ( I hope I’m spelling her name directly). She kept me engaged by chatting with me throughout the procedure. Will definitely think about purchasing a package.

Lisa is a true artist! She did my lips and i have never been happier, she was honest and took her time explaining everything as well! I will definitely be returning! Also the receptionist was so accommodating and knowledgable and actually cared about what i was saying! Also didn't even really bruise or swell too much next day because she was so gentle!!!

The technician who did the injection needs to smarten herself up , not in the least bit professional looking which is unfortunate for the image of the facility .
