This is my third time getting my hair done at this shop. I love my hair. Most of all I love the flexible hours. Due to my late work schedule, she is the only shop that will accommodate your late hours. I'm in and out. She braids very fast. Very professional and worth every penny. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Love the flexible shop hrs.

As far as response time it was good. I did have to sit and wait outside even after confirming the appointment. I asked for senseless twist waist length. The parts are different sizes the was not twisted down far enough so it like I have curls verse a sleek look. Too much hair added to cover gaps form oversized parts. Overpriced for the quality. As stylist we have to understand that other stylist will sit in your chair . You can’t just do people hair any kinda way. It’s dish job to me

I always get braids so was shocked with the quality of braids and service from this braider. She showed up an hour late although we discussed a day prior what time I would be there. I asked for Boho but she never mentioned that I would need to bring my own hair until I made it to my appointment. All of my braids are different sizes and I paid $200. She finished my hair in 3 hours which is uncommon for medium knotless that I’m use to getting. I pray that others receive a better service if they decide to go to this braider. Hope everyone enjoy the holiday, I will try to do the same despite my hair being so messed up.

Kate is skilled, fast, professional and willing to work around my schedule. She is also kind and understanding. One time I had to change my appointment time because a childcare issue came up. She worked with me to choose a time that worked for both of us. She is definitely my go-to stylist! And her location is ideal for clients who live more north and don’t want to have to drive “into town”.

I give this place 5 stars. I texted them at 5pm to see if they had anymore walk in availability and they informed me that they did. I came in at 7 and left out around 10pm. The person who did my hair was very fast and did such a great job on my knotless braids.

I've been coming here for years and every experience is phenomenal! I've never had any major issues and the environment is so nice, I always have to prevent myself from falling asleep. The pricing is reasonable and I always leave satisfied, the hair quality is also amazing! This salon will always be my go-to!

This is a growing establishment that I plan to use and recommend to anyone that enjoys taking care of their hair. This place is not for the boujee. She finishes pretty quickly. Knotless braids were $200 last minute and got me in and out within 2 1/2 hours. It’s crazy how fast she is… The parts are a bit bigger than the braids but I’m just particular. 👍🏾
