They do such a great job sharing the info and walking you through the process. I loved that they have a couples area to relax as well as other spaces throughout the building. You definitely get a relaxed vibe walking through. If you'd like to learn more of their options, just stop by and check in. Very glad I took the time to stop by and learn.

Let me start by saying that the staff is great and were kind and attentive, especially Sophie. This is my 3 rd time visiting and the 1st visit is definitely the best for the price. On that first visit you get the fluids with a single add in like b12 and get to sit in the awesome massage chair and get oxygen. On my second visit I got the fluids with an add in and I got to sit in the massage chair, oxygen was $20 extra. Then when I went this time I got the fluids with add in, and I sat in a regular recliner in a pass through room where everyone has to go through for their pre treatment work up, the massage chair would be $20 extra and the oxygen is $20 extra. So the appointment served its purpose, I got some fluids but it was not the relaxing treat that it was the 2 prior visits. I can do without the oxygen but the chair really made it a treat for me however I don’t know that I would pay $20 extra for it. So, it was $99 for fluids to sit in a recliner in a public area. Unless I really need fluids I would probably just take my $99 and get a massage.

Very professional & friendly establishment. The amazing difference in how much better I felt the next day was surprising. I highly recommend you try this if you are tired & run down, especially for those of us who might be burning the candle at both ends.

I had an amazing experience at Prime IV! The entire team was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. The nurse went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, checking in frequently and providing helpful explanations. The atmosphere was clean and calming, making it an all-around pleasant experience. I highly recommend Prime IV to anyone looking for top-notch care and personalized service. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience at the Prime IVY location the moment I walked in yesterday. The ambience was great with the staff very welcoming and professionally well educated in the different type of therapies. The massage chair was excellent. I made it here! I was struggling with back pain and tiredness. Kiersten she’s so knowledgeable, she suggested the weekend warrior treatment, which was spot on. Brandon and Anika were fantastic in caring for me and explaining everything. My Prime IV session resulted in a remarkable improvement - my pains vanished, and I felt invigorated. A definite recommendation!

Don’t hesitate to visit Prime IV. Daisy and Gwen put me so at ease with their friendliness, knowledge and suggestions. The state of the art massage chair was the best I ever tried! After the treatment, I felt truly hydrated with a noticeable difference in my energy.

I had a rough couple of weeks and woke up yesterday feeling awful. I couldn’t take it anymore. I was so dehydrated, low energy, and just felt like I was in survival mode. I still have more work to do to feel back to my normal self, but I definitely got the push I needed and I got tons of relief. I’m grateful they took me as a walk in and I will definitely be back
