Receptionist and Dr. were very nice and professional. My experience with the lady doing the infusion had a bad attitude. I went because I was dehydrated and nauseas. Apparently you can only be seen if you are hydrated and have good veins. She also didn’t know her medications or route. Zofran can be given IM but she was insistent I get the toradol. This service can be very beneficial it’s unfortunate I had to find another facility and she got my IV on the first try.

Awesome experience! This was my first time ever doing anything like this and I will definitely be coming back. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gave great tips to a newcomer. I got my IV after a long road trip, and I felt like it made it so I could actually enjoy my trip and have energy rather than being drained from the traveling. Would recommend to anybody!

Love this place. Staff is wonderful and so accomodating to your needs. Staff explains all procedures with drips and nutrition in bags. As well as any injections. Environment is comfortable and soothing.

From the moment I stepped in the spa, from the pain free "stick" to the actual IV drip, to the full body massage chair, it was wonderful. Then the effect of the drip began to work and I felt energized and 20 years younger. I highly recommend the experience and getting a membership. I have been going back regularly to keep the youthful feeling alive!

The staff at this location were absolutely incredible. They took excellent care of my mom and made sure to explain everything to us in order to decide what drip was best suited for her. They made sure we were very comfortable during our visit and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend based on our experience!

This was the best experience, I felt like I was at a resort and the host (Annika) treated me like family. I love the full-body massage chair in the VIP room. Cassie was my nurse and she was absolutely amazing! So fun!!!

After feeling down in the dumps and sluggish for over a week, I decided to visit Prime IV Hydration in Laveen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly hospitable, making me feel welcomed and at ease right away. The facilities were spotless, which only added to the overall sense of professionalism and care. The staff took the time to understand how I was feeling and quickly identified the best course of action, even conducting a blood sugar test to make sure everything was covered. The injector was nothing short of amazing—both skilled and incredibly personable. Despite how rough I was feeling, they had me laughing and comfortable in no time. Their humor and warmth turned what could have been just a routine visit into an enjoyable experience. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and by the time I left, I felt like a whole new person—energized and back to my best self. If you’re looking for a place with a compassionate, knowledgeable staff, immaculate facilities, and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend Prime IV Hydration enough!

I flew in from Utah to specifically come to this location and it lived up to the hype and more. Nathan, Annika and Cassie took great care of me and went above and beyond to help me through the process. I hate needles but this place made it literally painless and easy. For starters, the place is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and customer service was amazing. They go over what you are needing and specialize your drip to cater to your needs. The best part is the member area. It's basically a spa with top of the line massage chairs, ambient lighting and music. They also provided an oxygen tank, blanket and an eye mask on top of that. Turns out, I was quite dehydrated so my session went quick. I'm an active guy but I love my soda and summers get the better of me. I get dehydrated quick especially in this heat. If you take your health seriously, getting a drip every month is a no brainer. The membership is the way to go. So much bang for your buck. Regardless on how you feel about needles, take my advice and give this a try at least once! You'll become a beliver like me.
