Disappointed! I signed up to get my “$85” intro rate. When speaking to the Infusion Specialist they knew this was my first time and I was there for the “Intro” rate. When going over the IV choices there was no mention of some being included in the intro rate and some that were not. I picked Glow. Enjoyed the experience and was all set to get a membership. Until I was told my total was $149? Hmmm… I gave her a confused face and asked why it was not $85. She explained that was for a solo infusion, which I found interesting since those were not even mentioned to me. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry I should have explained that to you. We were just really busy when you arrived. The ones I was told about before my service - all were more than the intro rate. No additional pricing mentioned! No options for the introductory rate were even told to me. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I left feeling tricked into paying more than expected.

It was my first time getting the IV hydration. The lady was very informative. Explained everything to me. Your facility was very clean and very relaxing.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. I highly recommend you try this. I did the collagen one and could instantly tell afterwards that my skin looked much better. Definitely worth it I will be back.

The nurse, Susan, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The IV tech was very skillful and the front desk was great at helping me choose what IV to pick based off of my needs. I had a great experience and can't wait to come back!

Amazing costumer service! They worked with me to set up an appointment after I had to change a few times due to work. After arriving the entire staff was amazing. The got me right it and all set up. True professionals at this place. Highly recommend this place!

I work as a machinist in an unairconditioned environment and dread July and August. The hydration boost alone has changed my life. The extra energy the vitamins they gave me was completely unexpected and I completely recommend this treatment to anyone who works in the heat.

The staff here are so friendly & knowledgeable! Bobby at the front desk was AMAZING. They gave me the best experience! The nurse did a perfect job w the IV needle (he even uses state of art “vein finder”). The massage chairs were so relaxing & comfortable. And I felt so much better and had tons of energy after my IV & oxygen. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time getting an IV at Prime IV . It was such a great experience, I just can't explain in words. I feel so great afterwards. The staff explained everything thing well and suggested what I should get based on my requirements. The massage chair was excellent. so many options for massage all the way from my feet to neck. Highly , highly recommended for everyone. Can't wait to go back again.

I had my 1st Prime IV experience and it was invigorating yet relaxing as well!!! The massage chairs are wonderful and the oxygen is a nice touch!!! Staff are engaging, knowledgeable and nice!!!

POTS GIRLIES HEADS UP: The staff here know about POTS and the fluid does help. I came in with a high heart rate and severe dehydration, and felt like a new woman with a calmer heart when I left. The staff are super friendly and they’re all medically trained nurses, EMTs, and NPs. The environment was super relaxing, too. So much better than an ER trip for fluids, girls. ❤️ 10/10 will be returning.

The entire experience was pleasant. Everything was explained to me in detail. There were no pushy salespeople. Everyone seemed genuine about my well-being. I haven't felt better in a long time. I can't wait for my next visit.

Great first time experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Annika(sp?) and Daisy were amazing at explaining everything to me, they went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right products for me and that I was comfortable the entire time. I felt amazing after my IV therapy and will continue to come back here and recommend prime IV to my family and friends.

Love it here. So worth a membership. I really feel like a whole new human ready to take on the world after ever drip! The staff here are also so kind and helpful and guide me to what drips I should get based on results I want. Even if drips weren't involved I would pay just to use the full body massage chairs. This was also the first place I went where I didn't get any bruising after the IV. #peach
