Highly recommend PrimeMD. The office is nice, clean and welcoming. I saw Amelia. Who is amazing!! Not only is she insanely talented, but she also has the best personality! Recently I had IPL&cool peel laser treatment and it was one of the ABSOLUTE BEST things I've done. Cameron was the best!! I do not have enough time or room to write about her. Everyone at PRIME is AMAZING!!! I mean it wholeheartedly and am not being paid nor have any kickback for reviewing them. Every time I walk into PRIME, I’m greeted with the most warm and welcoming hello. The staff genuinely takes an interest on a personal level and asks how things are going, and catches up with you. Then there is Emily and Angela! I have seen both of them and absolutely love them both in different ways. They truly listen and have your best interest. They are also willing to work towards your goals and try different techniques or options. Highly recommend you check out this place! You won’t be disappointed!

Just came home from a Cool Peel CO2 laser with Cameron. I had no pain at all and Cameron’s bedside manner and professionalism is exceptional. I would trust no one else with laser to my face. Cameron also answered all of my questions and chose the best laser for me. Thank you prime MD for having Cameron in your team. I will 100% be back.

The Best Experience in the Triangle EVER! I’ve been looking for someone for years and finally we have an amazing establishment. Hollywood standards without making you look fake. Angie delivered exactly what I asked. I was extremely nervous. She didn’t try to upsell me even though I was willing. In fact she was honest and told me what I shouldn’t do. I’m so glad I found this place. The atmosphere is calming and everyone seems genuinely nice and caring. I can’t say enough good things about this place, from the front desk to checkout and of course Angie, who was the highlight of it all.

This was my first time visiting the med spa. I took the time and drove 1.25 hrs because I was told that this place was top tier. Let me just start with how aesthetically pleasing the location is. It was just beautiful and immaculate. The decor is very calm but yet pleasing to the eye. I was immediately greeted with a beautiful smile by the receptionist and offered a beverage. She even asked me about my weekend plans and genuinely listened when I told her about my special plans for the weekend. My Injector: Angela was just awesome. I was actually referred to her by another injector. That in itself speaks volumes. She took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. She provided me feedback and I trusted her because she is genuine and beautiful. I received dysport and my very first Sculptra injections. I barely felt anything. Her technique is just amazing! I have been to a few injectors but this experience was by far the best I have ever experienced. My appointment lasted about 25 minutes. I had ZERO pain/discomfort. It was worth the time spent driving and I will definitely be returning. I just want to say thank you for the overall experience and for expertise. I am excited to see my face in the weeks to come.

All the staff here is very friendly. Emily explains everything to me, giving me options and really listens to my needs and expectations. She is not pushy and does not try to sell me things that she knows I am not interested in. No surprise bills at the end. They are upfront with all pricing so you can make decisions that are good for you.

I quite enjoyed both my visits I believe they are so genuine and care for all! My friend also came with me and she told me that she enjoyed speaking to everyone and had such a good time. During my Deluxe Hydrafacial it was very well communicated and nothing was left out and I was at peace and very well taken care of!

This is THE place! Everyone is so genuine, nice & welcoming. Dr Joe is worth every penny to keep your health/wellness on track.
