This review is for the beautiful and super talented Master Hair and Color Stylist Tanya Tamasso at the Primo Studio in Scottsdale. I was new to Scottsdale and was in desperate need of a new hair stylist. Tanya was referred to me by a good friend who knows her well and ensured me that I would not regret for going to her. Oh boy, was he right! Not only did Tanya gave me the most beautiful layers she also covered up my long and dark Asian hair with sporadic grays graciously and naturally. Most importantly, I can ensure you that you would fall asleep while lying in the washing bin chair as Tanya gave you the most amazing scalp massage while working the glaze into your hair!! I’m truly amazed by her talent, her professionalism and her eyes for perfection! So so happy with my hair and so glad that I found Tanya!

Although the shop was open and there were no other customers in the shop, the designer was still unwilling to receive customers and even offered me a closed hair cutting shop. completely incomprehensible

Rae is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I've been going to her for YEARS and wouldn't ever think of going to anyone else. She is so great at actually LISTENING and then skillfully provides such a high level of service, be that just a cut or colour, she's fantastic!

Absolutely, do NOT recommend - and will make sure to let this be known to anyone we know. Extremely rude, not helpful, and runs you out. We stopped in with having a couple of questions, and wanted to buy some products, and to possibly make an appt for one, or the 3 of us. Although she made sure none of that was going to happen,.. SHE WOULD NOT EVEN LET US BUY ANY PRODUCTS! She cuts you off, barely looks at you, and is very short with repeating the same words of no help/service,.. So unpolite, with her lack of unpleasantness, and her unprofessional manner, in the way she had treated us- made it very clear to not have anything to do with our business. AND, in front of another customer that she was servicing.

Carol Hehman is the best! She has a gift, she is doing what she was meant to do. I couldn't be happier with my stylist! I moved here from California and had been seeing my stylist there since the early 90's. I never thought I would find someone as good as him, if better and much to my surprise, I have! Thank you, Carol. You are amazing. I highly recommend this salon!
