Was 15 min late secondary to car accident. Have had membership for 4 years here. Would not accommodate me and charged me $20. Iim so disappointed. I’m never coming back to this location secondary to poor customer service.

I was so disappointed in our experience. It was myself and a guest for a special occasion. They did call ahead to tell me stylist was running 15 mins behind. We still arrived on time incase anything changed. They took my guest back around 15 minutes past appointment time. 30 minutes past my scheduled start time, stylist came and got me. The shampoo was lack luster, not enough conditioner and my hair was a tangled mess. I told her the style I would like and was so disappointed. I knew as she was doing it I just needed to get home to fix it. She was curling my hair with iron while it was still damp. I should have just stopped her and left. My guest was next to me and almost cried when she showed me her finished hair, I thought it was joke. We just got out there as quickly as possible, laughed instead of crying on way home, and thankfully had enough time to somewhat fix what they had done before leaving for our event. I will never book here again. Might as well burned the money.

I love this place! It is pretty inside and always clean! Service is great and prices are good! They put a warm towel down for your neck when getting a hair wash and put a new warm towel around your neck after your wash! I always go to Leah! She is awesome! She is so friendly and we always have great conversations! Leah does great blowouts and beach waves! Very grateful for Leah! 😊

Having used this salon for 12 years I must say this is one of the best experiences during a rush holiday .. other than the corporate text telling me to be there 15 minutes before when my appointment actually was it worked out anyway as I did full face makeup and extension blowout and hot tool style. It was not chaotic in the store just busy and ran like a top everyone was friendly. The store is extremely clean and stylists were all talented. I’ll be back again !

The salon is so clean, organized and welcoming! Love the energy, everyone is sweet and very professional! I absolutely love Veronica and Camille and most of the stylist. My hair ALWAYS looks amazing when I leave!❤️ I only wish they had more of a dress code for the stylists, today it felt like a grunge fest, one of the stylists had a silly orange hat with ears! She looked like she slept in her clothes. If it was my first time I probably would have walked out.

I had my makeup and hair done and my stylist was excellent. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it just as I wanted. Hair stayed curled tor DAYS and the makeup photographed great. She started out light and then deepened the eyes and blush and it was perfect. I received so many compliments. She was quick and friendly. I would 100% go back and definitely recommend.
