Always a great, consistent experience here. The stylist are all great and even with long, thick hair and added services (scalp massage) I can leave within an hour. It’s impressive for my hair and hair type.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. Unfortunately I went in into this establishment for a blow out and I had the hairstylist Carmen. She is very sweet and I can tell she meant well, but she severely damaged my hair. She kept getting my hair caught into the bristles of the wire brush and she had these long claw nails and she would pick my hair out of the brush piece by piece and it was hurting me and driving me crazy, my scalp was in pain afterwards. I nearly cried because of the horrible experience I had here. I wanted to ask her to stop but she was already half way done and I had a flight to catch. I had to share because I truly do NOT want someone to go through what I went through. Please spare yourselves.

I love the place the service was good the prices are good and I like the fact that they offer other services not only blow dry not like other places. Good for you Primp and blow you are raising the bar.

Katie was fabulous! Great head massage and my blowout was exactly what wanted and lasted for 3 days. I like that you aren’t stuck with a recipe set of hairstyles and they use Oribe products which smell amazing. Thank you, Katie!

Kendra did my hair and she was so great. She did such a great job in only 45 minutes! I booked the wrong type of appointment actually, and still she was so kind and understanding and did what she could (which was PERFECT) in the time she had. My appointment was at 8:30am, and my hair stayed FLAWLESS until around 7pm. Faith did my makeup and she was also incredible. She was so fast and precise and made it so easy to be in the chair. She even gave me a little extra coverage because she knew I was getting wedding photos done. This girl knows her shit. Again, my makeup was finished up around 10am, and stayed PERFECTLY until 7 or 8pm. Both these ladies were absolute professionals at what they do and so enjoyable to be around, I would 1000% come back to be in their chairs and probably will the next time I have an event!! If you’re considering coming here I would absolutely recommend my girls Kendra and Faith.

No stars! I’ve never felt so insecure in my life! Was convinced a red lipstick I bought looked great on me, did not. The stylist had no clue how to work with shorter hair! I left your salon looking like a mess! I had to go home, wash my hair and do it myself! A complete waste of money! I will not recommend your salon!

I had a great experience at the salon with Mia. She was super sweet. I would give it 5 stars but the main customer service line was not as friendly. I got a call from them that the water was shut down at the salon and I would have to wash my own hair, I asked if there was a discount and she said no- same price of $58. Luckily, they gave me the discount at the actual salon. Ladies at the salon were very nice and we felt super welcomed. Main line- not so much.

Great service. Greeting at desk was professional and friendly. Offered a beverage while I waited. Stylist did a great job. Wash, blow out, style. Makeup and lashes. Will use this salon again.

Charlotte was SO GOOD! Super fast, friendly and knew exactly how to blow out my curly hair (If you know you know). I booked close to closing time and was running a few minutes late and they were so nice and patient with me. Overall such a great experience would 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much Charlotte the blowout was GIVING.

I had a great experience from the beginning. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and made comfortable by all the girls working. My hair stylist did a great job. I had a wedding to go to and it was nice not having to worry about styling my hair. The whole experience was stress free. Great location and employees.
