I go to Scottsdale twice a year for work meetings and this is a go-to before I kick off my meetings. It’s my little luxury I treat myself to so my hair looks great all day. everyone has always been super nice. Thank you for being my go-to blowout studio in Scottsdale

Some of the yelp reviews made me a little nervous, but I went ahead and scheduled a blowout. So glad I did! My hair turned out great and my stylist was very sweet. I wish I remembered her name.

The salon had a pleasant atmosphere, and I initially left with a nice result. However, my hairstyle fell flat within 10 minutes, leaving me with an unsatisfactory look. While I wasn’t a bride, it’s essential to ensure that clients receive long-lasting results, especially for significant events like weddings. I’d recommend they use more suitable products and take the dry Arizona air into account when providing the service

I was so excited to try Primp and Blow for the first time as an alternative to the DryBar but this was probably my worst blow out experience ever 😔. I arrived for my 9:00 appt at 9:01 so I was a minute late. I totally underestimated Scottsdale Waterfront parking before 9am. Once I arrived, I was kept waiting until 9:15am. Then I was brought to the stylist's station which was dirty! Dark hairs all over the chair and the counter. I understand we are at a blow dry salon but I would have thought they would've wiped it down between patrons. It continued downhill from there. I had booked a scalp massage which she didn't give me but did try to charge me for. She splashed water all down the front of me while rinsing my hair. She pulled a brush through my hair so forcefully, I could see hairs breaking. I specifically told her I did NOT want curls framing my face which is exactly what she did. When I asked her to make them curl away from my face, she seemed annoyed and said they didn't seem to want to go that way. I'm sure they didn't after she already curled them towards my face. At that point, I just needed to go so I could get home and curl it myself before my event. Super disappointed in the entire experience. Hopefully it was just this particular stylist and not the salon as a whole but I don't see myself going back to find out.

Kat styled me in 23 minutes and o was out the door! I beat my naturally curly hair into submission - by curling it. But ny kids said I look old so I went to Kat. New lease on life. She curled it but in a fresh updated way. I’ll be back!

The girls at Waterfront Scottsdale are the best in the biz for Primp&Blow. My go to girls are Mikayla, Johanna, Alyssa… Any one of these 3 ladies will take care of you to the fullest! Customer service is always top notch! I feel like a celebrity when I leave here

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was taken on time for my appointment, the stylist asked questions about my needs and wants. I had an issue with a discount code booking online, but they took care of it in the salon. Great experience, will definitely be back!

Service was ok, both places I scheduled airbrushed makeup but the machine was not working. Overall makeup wasn’t too bad but didn’t really hold up well. Eyelashes came off and the makeup started to look cakey. Was disappointed in my updo wasn’t secured enough so it fell out pretty quickly
