Amazing service. My 1st visit i called ahead 15 mins and was able to be seen right away. My service provider Bebe was technically skilled with awesome touch. I was very relaxed and even got some gifts on the way out the door!

Very relaxing experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the mini facial that was included with this wonderful experience as well as the head spa shampoo relaxing, nice neck, arms and shoulders therapy. The esthetician, she used her hand also the machine for therapy. The head massage Therapy was very relaxing. She was sweet and accommodating. Other Estheticians were very friendly and sweet and warm welcoming. I will be coming back.

First time being here, as a momma of 3 I was able to get time to myself for the first time in 2years and let’s just say I did not want to leave. I got the 1 hour shampoo package with facial and my service provider was phenomenal! Not only was service amazing however customer service was top notch! Super friendly, funny , kind and just so sweet. When you first come in you are greeted with joyful emotions , drinks and snacks. I was so relaxed that the service just went by so fast. I would have extended time however I had planned a whole day to myself so I was on a time frame. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and bringing my daughter, mom and cousin with me. Thank you again for making me feel superb ! I appreciate you all so much ! 🥹🫶🏼

I have been to this SKINCARE place six times already, and it has never disappointed me. One thing worth mentioning is that the shop is located in a very safe area, with security patrolling 24 hours a day. Although the parking lot is often crowded, it's usually not too hard to find a spot. After a long and stressful workday, I often find my hair greasy and my skin dull. That's when I come here to relax. I usually choose the SHAMPOO service because I find it suits my needs the best. They thoroughly clean your hair and face, and also give you a neck, shoulder, and hand/foot massage. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and enjoy. After going through the whole treatment, I always feel refreshed and revitalized. By the way, the front desk girl is funny, lively, and very pretty. I highly recommend trying it out!

This was my first time trying shampoo and facial and it was so relaxing that my head feel so light after . Half way through the session I almost went to sleep . Ladies were beautiful and super friendly and they know what they are doing . If someone wants to feel super relax in there busy day try them you won’t regret a bit . Also the Brazilian wax was not painful because she was gentle enough and try different method so I can feel relax.

Came by today for the 60 minute scalp treatment. First time in my life. Very relaxing session. Shampooed my hair, got a facial, neck massage, etc. So much was included. Great service and friendly staff. A+++

I did the executive shampoo + 15 minute therapy add on. It was a very relaxing experience and the ladies estheticians were super sweet, friendly and professional. This was my first time doing a spa treatment and I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend princess beauty shop

I had a wonderful experience with head spa at Princess beauty shop ! The esthetician was attentive, beautiful, young , friendly and professional skilled, and made me feel incredibly relaxed throughout the treatment. Came for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was awesome!! The environment so relaxing, we pick the 70 minutes special combo for shampoo relaxing therapy at princess beauty shop. It was awesome , and they gave us delicious tea and coffees, fruits. Staff were professional, friendly and super nice. I was a little hesitant because I didn't see too many reviews since they just open, but it turned out to be a great place and I will go back soon. Thank you ladies!

For month I’ve been obsessed with those viral tiktok videos of head spas and shampoo relaxing therapy & I was interested to one of those video. The esthetician ladies at Princess beauty shop are amazing, the customer service is great & the experience is ULTRA relaxing! My scalp feels revived and so nourished. I love the facial therapy as well and also shoulder, arms and feets therapy so I picked the combo 70 minutes. It was awsome!!! I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend!

Cynthia and Jenny helped my mom and I with facials. They consulted our skin issues and helped us choose facials that worked best for our skin. Cynthia and Jenny are both so friendly and nice, it was a wonderful experience. I loved getting a scalp and arm massage with my facial! It was a very relaxing experience.

I'm like a week late leaving this review but I work a lot so I've been super busy but I just want to say that I have finally found a comfortable and nice place to get my eyebrows done as well as facials and body scrubs. She was so awesome and pleasant with me. Very inviting and kind. It's been a little difficult to find somewhere as a female to get facials and massages that's a comfortable and genuinely inviting atmosphere so it was a much needed breath of fresh air finding this place. Can't wait to go back!

As a first timer, I had a great experience with Cynthia. She took the time to ask about my skin, its history, and she discussed the treatments and options for home care. At the end, I picked the Diamond Microdermabrasion with the 24k gold facial. The room was quite comfortable and relaxing, my skin felt great following the treatment! Looking forward to my next appointment. I recommend this location, princess beauty shop.

Had my first appointment today for facial with Diamond Microdermabrasion at Princess beauty. I received a lot of information regarding skin health, eating right, and importance of drinking water. After the facial, I felt very relaxed and happy. Will be coming back to get more facials done from this business. Great atmosphere and exceptional service. I also bought skincare products so I will be trying out those to heal my skin.

My experience at Princess beauty was very relaxing awesome. I chose the diamond microdermabrasion treatment, my face is now really soft, hydrated, noticeable better looking skin, its kinda glowing, look very handsome now ladies hihiii. I would definitely reccomend this enjoyable spa experience fir my family & friends. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, explaining each treatment thats suitable for my skin type. Seriously wonderful first facial diamond microdermabrasion experience at princess beauty shop from the professional name is Kimmy. She is super knowledgeable about the skin type. and gave me some great guidance on some simple steps I can take to help my skin out at home. Kimmy gave me lots of options based on my skin, needs, lifestyle, and budget, and was really responsive and a great listener. She's also just fun and easy to talk to. She did a good job for my facial to my skin, and kept it pretty gentle and moisturizing.
