I had a terrible experience with this spa. I went there in the cold and their electricity was out. The place was dark and the heat wasn’t working. However, they were open giving massages, only 1/2 hour massages. The receptionist wasn’t familiar with the oils that they use, even though she works the front desk. It’s disappointing you can’t contact them ahead of time because their phone is only a message line to give hours and location. This is so unprofessional.

After all the bad reviews really expected change from this place. The boss needs to sit down and talk with all the Therapist about how to talk and treat costumers.

Got there paid 1hr for massage. My masseuse did a great job. She massaged my back and legs really good. She used her elbows on some areas. Came out feeling refreshed. Needed that after long day at work. Will be back again when feeling sore.

I read some negative reviews, they must visited the wrong Spa! I’m a black male and just received the best massage ever. I DIDN’T make a reservation, so when walked in the host let me know that they were busy, took my number and told me she will call in 20 minutes. I told her thanks. Less than 20m I was texted saying they were ready. The host showed me the restroom, waited show me the room. Now I went with knots in my shoulder that were painful. After leaving I no longer have that pressure and discomfort in my shoulders no more!! Princess Latina Spa, thanks you for starting my weekend on the right foot!!

Now I understand why some are saying they got 23 minutes service after paying for 30 minute sessions. Some like Gabby who Is beyond rude and mean. She starts your time the minute you pay which Is A Joke! And should be Illegal. The session should start once the actual massage starts not once you pay. If you come here beware of Gabby. Another problem Is Friday mornings they have A different set of Spanish chicks who work. Why then? Ashame most the other Spa's are Asian owned. They need more Latina Spa's In Chicago.

Gabby used her forearms and elbows with amazing precision. The deep tissue ended at 50 min, but I am willing to overlook that, because she was friendly, intuitive, and maintained deep pressure the whole time. I’ll definitely return. -Sam from Seattle

I called three hours in advance and they where able to accommodate my outfit request She was gorgeous in black wetlook leggings and brown wood wedge heels Had hoop earrings and a pretty spanish face I honestly loved the proffesenial back rub n she surprised me wit the end 10 out of 10

Service was great from the moment you walked in untill the moment you leave. I was greeted warmly and the massage was professional. I didnt get her name but I walked out with out a tight back. And felt very loose. Would definitely recommend. I just wish they stayed open later because of my work schedule.
