BE AWAY FROM THE HIDDEN CAMERA! They offer you unexpected things at the end of the session but be careful that you are on the camera. They posted the photo of you on social media if they wanted as I found mind. The massage was trouble.

They are horrible. Very unprofessional. They don't answer the phone. So I drove their ring on the doorbell. The lady answered the door and never got back to me and kept me and my friend outside, rather than telling us there is no appointment available. Come to find out there an escort service.

The most incredible massage I have ever had! The masseuse was very talented and professional. She utilized some amazing stretches that made this my favorite and most healing massage!

Excellent Thai massage.

I love this place! I have popped in several times without an appointment and they can usually accommodate (but making an appointment is honestly smarter). The staff are very skilled and will put you at ease. The prices are great for the quality of service you receive.

The first time I went was really great, but the second was highly disatisfactory. The therapist didn't seem to have any intention or strategy. It was more like she was just wiping her hands on me for an hour. Not to mention I paid for an hour massage and she only rubbed the outer muscles of my back and the back of my legs. No other part of my body? I went in because I had terrible neck pain, and now 80 dollars later still have it. An hour massage should include neck, head, front of legs, arms, and hands. At least. It just sucked. I'm not rich. That was a big loss for me.

I’m surprised by the relatively high average rating. If I were obliged to choose two words to describe the spa, it would be “wanna be”. It’s not a spa. The techniques do not include Thai practices and the room for two is a room for one with two beds crammed inside. Both therapists had no where to stand and were restricted to work from one side (left side) of the table, resulting in a pretty half baked service. Not to mention it was much shorter than the purchase time. You are asked to pay in advance so once you’re shortchanged, your without recourse. Would not recommend a couple’s massage or a 90 minute service.

Very rude operator on the phone, if you ask for anything more than booking an appointment (like asking for which massage they would recommend for a back pain or difference between a deep tissue vs swedish) the operator gets very frustrated and basically tells you we dont want to serve you. I have been here multiple times but off late the services have been very bad. The tables are wobbly from the head rest with the metal parts protruding which might hurt someone's face badly, dirty towels, the masseuses seem agitated and in a mood always too (most probably because of their boss). Taking my weekly business else where now, this used to be a nice place but not anymore. I surely would NOT recommend this to anyone now.

Really hard to call the location all goes trough the call center who’s really not a customer service type. I asked for another location and she’s not willing to give the address 😮 I want to make reservation closer to my house while the location she gave me is like over an hour away. LOL really good for the business. Need to learn to speak English though and try to listen to the customers need, hard to understand what she’s saying trough the phone.

When here on a friends recommendation and exceed my expectations. Very professional therapist/staff and good massage service. Only did the basic package as my first time will try more services next visit.

Wonderful experience! I had some serious pain and stiffness from a new weightlifting regiment, and this massage was just what I needed for recovery. Very relaxing and enjoyable as well. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Princess Spa Thai Bodywork. Maggie was absolutely excellent! I consider myself extremely picky when it comes to selecting a massage therapist. It took me about two years to find my last therapist. Until she moved out of state, I stayed with her for three solid years (at least once a month and twice a month for a year while I was going though an extremely stressful time while being a caretaker). I never bothered to search for another one as I knew it was going to be a long journey to find the therapist that would meet my expectation. Additionally, my financial situation changed so I was not going to spend money going through therapists after therapists to find THE one again. Luckily, a very good friend of mine gave me a gift of massage and I met Maggie! When I meet a massage therapist for the first time, the only information I give him/her is the amount of pressure I generally like. I do this on purpose as I expect a therapist to figure out exactly where I need to be worked on and how much more pressure they can apply in each area. That is an absolutely minimum expectation they must meet. I then observe several key qualities to determine whether they meet my expectations or not. 1: I observe how attentive they are in sensing the tension in my body when the pressure is slightly off. 2: I observe how well they protect themselves so they are not hurting themselves while they are massaging me (after all, how can we take care of others WELL if we don’t know how to take care of ourselves?) 3: I take the initiative to coordinate my breathing pattern while they apply pressure (exhalation while they apply pressure) to see if they pick up on it then continue to coordinate with me. 4: Immediately after the massage, I attend to my body very closely to see if I feel overall tension and slight anxiety (for me, this is a sign of subpar massage!) Maggie passed all those points! the only thing I said was “I like good amount of pressure” at the beginning of the session. She figured out exactly where she needed to focus on: my right upper back and chest (due to my poor upper body posture) and hamstrings (hamstrings are excessively tight after squats at the gym as I have not mastered the correct form). I was also extremely impressed that she spent quite a bit of time stretching my hip flexors. Again, due to my poor posture, I am constantly told by my trainer and my physical therapist colleagues to stretch my hip flexors at home. I am currently not in a financial situation to justify seeing a massage therapist routinely but if I were, Maggie would definitely be the one I would choose! I keep asking myself....if she was able to bring that level of massage on the first day, I wonder how high of a level she can bring if I were to establish a long term client-massage therapist relationship. Based on my experience, a good massage therapist really work on building trust with their clients and really understand how their clients’ body AND mind work....which I believe make a good massage an excellent one. Maggie already gave me an excellent massage on the first day! Let’s not forget to mention...the front staff members were very pleasant, calm, respectful, and friendly. When I walk into a business, I also attend to the overall air/energy of the place. This place has such a warm and caring feel to it, which definitely makes me want to go back there again as a place of relaxation and healing.
