I have been coming to Prismatic for 6 years now! I have never left the salon unhappy! All the stylists are so warm and welcoming when coming in. Michelle Ortiz is my stylist I have been going to! Sometimes I will come in with an example picture of what I want and sometimes I have no idea and just have Michelle do whatever she wants. Either way it always turns out great! : ) I am so happy I found Prismatic to be my trusted hair salon! Thank you to all the stylists in here!! Updating my review as I have now drastically changed my hair color from brown, to blonde now to strawberry brunette. I showed Michelle a picture of what I was wanting and she nailed it perfectly! I am obsessed with my hair and everytime I go to this salon I am never disappointed <3 Thank you Prismatic stylists!!

I was recommended Chelly from a friend after my teen daughter had a bad hair color experience at another salon. Chelly did a great job correcting her hair to the actual color she asked for. Now we will go no where else. We both love our hair color and always get compliments on our highlights! She is very knowledgeable and it’s always on point. The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly.

I’ve always had an amazing experience . I have been going here for 10 years. Their number one priority is making you happy and keeping your hair healthy! Michelle has done my hair since I was 15 years old and I will never go to anyone else !!!!! She is doing my hair for my wedding in a couple months I’m so excited

I’ve been going to Prismatic since they opened. I often get asked who does my hair, the cut and color look fabulous and last in between. I have friends and family that go there now and love it!! Psssst Michelle is the best!!

Love Prismatic! Every time I leave I feel great. I've seen a few stylist there and they are all wonderful but my primary stylist is Michelle. I've been seeing her for about 4-5 years now. I've had really short hair, long hair, I've changed my color... several times and I've always loved the outcome. I can't rave enough about Prismatic! ❤️

I was referred to Prismatic and Ava by a good friend and neighbor. My ONLY regret is that I didn't ask for a recommendation sooner. Ava has got SKILLS! From the moment I arrived, until the moment I left, I was made to feel completely at home. Ava listened to my concerns and addressed them all. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair care, scalp care as well as all the best methods for different types of hair. When she was finished, I really wanted to cry because THAT is what I wanted in the beginning when I originally got my extensions. Ava also has the most kind and patient "bedside manner" I have had the pleasure of being around ever. She engaged me in lively conversation, listened to all of my stories and shared stories of her lovely wife and family as well. I cannot recommend Ava and Prismatic highly enough. If you are looking for someone who is going to work with you on whatever you are trying to accomplish with your hair, she is wonderful. Thank you Ava for taking such wonderful care of me, my hair and for making me feel pretty.

I moved to TX earlier this year, and I had been very skeptical in finding a new hairstylist. Thank goodness I found Michelle! She’s masterful, detailed, thorough, personable, and took such great care of my hair. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. She’s so talented!!! This was the best experience I’ve had somewhere in a long time! I originally scheduled an all over color service to take me back to a more natural color because I was unhappy with the color I had from a previous stylist elsewhere. I was ready to completely color and chop my hair off. Jessica saved my hair by suggesting a different approach and touching up the previous cut I had received several weeks before. I definitely plan to be a returning client!

Bella is by far the best hairstylist I’ve been to! I have a really hard time finding a hairstylist that won’t make my hair yellow when I bleach it and who actually knows how to cut layers for people with thick hair so it won’t come out choppy. Bella has always got my blonde looking SO good and the cut even better!!! I will never go to another hairstylist. I’m glad I found someone who’s patient, listens, gives me advice and always does a great job with my hair. 1000% recommend Bella.

Had a scheduled appointment for my son at the studio and there was no answer to either the door or the phone when attempted to call. We have been loyal customers and are happy with the finished results, however poor communication and customer services this time. I hope I will not be charged some short of cancellation fee because we were at the study 15 mins early and waited an extra 40 mins. We knocked on the door various times and called the phone number listed several times with no answer or response to message left.

I have been getting my hair done by Michelle for as long as I can remember! She is truly excellent at what she does. I get a balayage about once a year from Michelle and I always love the result- a bright blonde coloring that is super natural looking and grows out very nicely!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my hairdresser at Prismatic Hair Studio and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The stylists at Prismatic are not only incredibly talented, but they also have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for their craft. My hairdresser Dotty listened attentively to my ideas and preferences, and then worked their magic to create a hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. The salon itself was modern, clean, and inviting, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and with a fabulous new look. I cannot recommend the hairdressers at Prismatic highly enough - they truly are the best in the business!

I was a first time customer to the establishment. I just moved from Houston I was looking for a new place to get my hair done. When I walked in they definitely were not welcoming. My appointment then started late. I showed pictures of what i expecting. I get my hair colored every three months so I know the drill. I get the same color and cut all the time. I know exactly how my hair lifts and takes color. The pictures I showed her and my explanation of what I wanted were very clear. What I got was no where near the picture I showed. I asked for a more ashy/beige blonde and my hair was black by the end. She apologized and and rebooked me to fix it. I have to sit a whole weekend with my hair messed up and she still charged me half. When I called to speak to the owner or manager. She literally was not helpful or empathetic to my issue. Like you’re a hairstylist you know how important hair is to some people. She basically told me to go back to the lady who colored my hair. And when I came back it was better experience but still nothing like the pictures or the color I wanted. I was already grey blonde you just have boast my bottom and touch up my roots. This was the absolute worst hair experience. I had to buy purple shampoo and tone it to the color I prefer. Which I shouldn’t have had to do I just 400 for a cut and color which I was sooo unsatisfied and my cut was barely trimmed but was charged a full hair cut. I don’t recommend this place and I will not put the stylist name because that’s petty but I will leave my personal review of my experience. Complete waste of money!!!

Prismatic is kept clean (contrary to the negative reviews left here) and I've only ever experienced great interactions and services. No matter who you see at Prismatic, whether its Michelle, Dotty, Ava, Bella or any of the team, your hair is in good hands! They are all experienced in their crafts and want the best for their clients. They also take education very seriously and only ever want to continue to grow in the industry, constantly taking classes and learning new techniques to ensure their guests are taken care of to feel and look their best!

Such an amazing studio! Scheduling my appointment was so easy and they had so many available times that worked with my schedule. I went to Chelly and she helped so much getting me the exact color I wanted. When showing her a picture she made sure she mixed colors to help get me exactly what I wanted. Not only that when making a decision she was super honest helped me pick a style that would best fit my lifestyle! Overall I can’t say enough good stuff about this studio and have been coming back here since 🥰

I have been getting my hair done here since they first opened and I will never go anywhere else! My hair is always well taken care of no matter what service I’m having done and I always get exactly what I ask for.
