Extremely disappointed. I spend $120 on a lash lift. The technician didn’t use a strong enough product (she admitted it) and it literally looked like I had nothing done. So I’m paying for chemicals on my lashes for them to look flat. Mind you, she said I have very healthy lashes and she’s done mine before. I paid tipped and left disappointed. I contact the salon the next day just for the manager to claim she would help resolve it and call me back. Surprise—no call back. So I paid for a service that was not done right at all, wasted time and money just to be ghosted. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to spend $ and leave unsatisfied with no resolution, this is the place for you.

Everyone here is amazing ! Thank you Dawn for always accommodating my schedule . Andria has magic hands and has been able to help me with my chronic neck pain . Taylor is my go to for all Wax and Facial needs. 100 recommend this salon .

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and was very disappointed. Maybe because I was the last customer of the day but it felt like a oil rub down with some karate chops and some range of motion body moves...Very unusual and highly disappointing....

A huge shout-out to the team for their professionalism and for the friendly atmosphere they create from the moment you arrive to when you leave. Taylor is amazing and takes great care of her clients. Dawn and Amber are a delight and will make sure you are welcomed and have everything you need for your appointment.

First time ever getting a facial and it was absolutely amazing. Taylor was excellent and provided a service that was beyond my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to many more. Shout out to my wonderful sista in law , much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister & I were visiting our family (who live in Eagle Nest) for Thanksgiving. We went to Pristine Spa where she had a facial & I had a massage. We were BOTH pleased with the services! My massage (by Raemarie) was relaxing and she did a great job with my requests. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My sister loved her facial. I also felt welcomed by the manager, Samantha, the women at the front desk: Jenna, Natalia, & Dawn. I would highly recommend this spa on many levels (including cleanliness!) to anyone living in or visiting the Lake Nona area.

Need to share an incredible experience I had at Pristine Spa in Lake Nona. Having only had one facial in my life, Samantha the general manager made sure I was set up with the appropriate esthetician. Jenna, Natalia and Dawn at the front desk were so welcoming and warm, Gulnoza greeted me then assessed my skin, then proceeded to explain each phase of the facial and the rationale behind it. Beside her knowledge, you could feel her sincere passion and caring for clients. The facial itself was beyond my expectations, my skin never felt so smooth and refreshed. Samantha and the front team made sure all my expectations were met on my way out. Self care is so important, the team at this spa make you feel special and will meet all of your needs.

In two words: Absolutely Amazing! Every time I travel to Florida, I’ve struggled to find the perfect lash place. This time, I reached out to Pristine Spa and was fortunate to speak with Dawn. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understood exactly what I needed. I scheduled an appointment with Tatiana, and I must say, the results were flawless. I left feeling Incredibly Satisfied!!! My lashes look completely natural, sexy, and have lasted wonderfully. A special thank you to Dawn 😊 for the outstanding customer service and Tatiana😊 for her patience and attention to detail!! I’m thrilled to say that I’ve finally found my go-to spot in Florida.

Today’s experience at Pristine Spa was truly exceptional! My aesthetician, Gulnoza, conducted my hydrafacial and dedicated ample time to thoroughly explain the reasons behind my skin reacting the way it has been, as well as the specific issues and irritations I’m having with my current skin care routine. She gave detailed recommendations on the best products and skincare routines tailored for my skin. I will be back in 4 weeks for my next hydrafacial!

I would not recommend, i felt really bad because it was a gift from a friend and she got me a prenatal massage. I put in the form that you have to fill out that i didnt want certain areas treated because of my high risk pregnancy and told the masseuse Lucy the same thing. When we got to the room she told me she knew what she was doing and that she doesnt like being told how to do her job because she paid a lot of money for her classes. I wanted her to focus on my back and barely got any of that. She massaged my neck and the next day i had pain on both sides of my neck. Simply would not recommend or come back.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I have very serious back problems including degenerative disc disease and I was nervous about trying the DDS electrical massage. It’s the only thing that’s ever helped my back other than a spinal epidural. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and explained everything and answered all my questions. Everyone at Pristine is kind and professional. I can’t recommend the DDS massage with Lucy highly enough.

My daughter and I stumbled upon this spa while visiting Orlando. We fell in love with the spa and came back a second time for lashes and a vagacial. Elena is very great at applying lashes. Front desk is very friendly.
