Always fantastic. Angelica does my color and Barbara does my cut/style. I have complete trust in both of them - they are exceptional. Even better, they are wonderful humans. Love the staff at Prive too!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Save your time and money. Been to the best salons in America and this place was the worst of them all and quite frankly trash. They can't complete services you pay for and then don't offer the common decency for reparations. Don't know how this salon is considered "best in Orlando" but it's A lie.

Westley was amazing. I havent gotten my hair done in a long long time. I came in with a few ideas but nothing set in stone. He was super nice and honest with me. He helped me pick a style that fit me and something I’m able to maintain with my busy lifestyle. He’s now my go to! Def recommend!!

From the moment I stepped into the salon, I could not help but feel that I made the right decision in coming to Prive. I was greeted warmly and immediately offered a beverage. Gabriella is so friendly and knows her craft. We discussed options for hair color and together made the best decision to achieve my desired look. Raul is literally godsent! I was super nervous about getting my haircut but he made sure I was comfortable with the length and style. I can’t say enough great things about Lexi at Privé in Orlando! As someone new to the city and rebuilding my go-to list of professionals, I was thrilled to find her. Lexi took the time to truly listen during our consultation, and she absolutely nailed it! The color is vibrant, beautiful, and exactly what I envisioned. Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy to have found someone I trust with my hair. Even if I move away, I’ll make it a point to return to Lexi because she’s just that good! If you're looking for an amazing hairstylist and colorist in the Orlando area, do yourself a favor and book with Lexi at Privé or slide into her DM's like I did lol. You won’t regret it!

I feel I need to post this review because this is supposed to be an Elite salon - and is very expensive so I expected great things. Honestly, I could have gotten a better color job done at a great clips. The “colorist” Caitlyn ensured me that my hair would not be damaged because they put Olaplex in the color, etc. all I wanted really was a few caramelly to add a little dimension. What I got: an extremely brassy yellowish colored highlights that were way over done and the right side had more highlights than the left side. She used so much bleach to do it that the texture of my hair has been completely changed and damaged. I tried calling to speak to a manager a few times, it’s been a week and a half and still no call back. Seriously I can’t believe this salon is able to stay in operation. Do you all even look at what your “colorists” are doing? Now I am having to multiple deep hydrating treatments on my hair just so it’s even manageable at all. You all should really hire people who have more experience and understand what will and will not damage the hair. Had I known it would look the way it did and completely damage my hair I would never have done it. And paid almost $400 for it as well!

I get a full bleach and tone. I’ve been getting this done for 6 years I recently moved to Orlando so and choose to try this place it was such a bad experience! What normally takes 1.5hrs start to finish they took close to 4 hrs. Unless you book it they will not dry your hair after spending $220 on a color! They it was their business model. Clearly this doesn’t have the consumer in mind. On the positive side the color was good but not worth the double my normal cost or the 4 hrs in a chair.
