When it comes to the very best of having a VIP experience, look no further when it comes to a gym and spa. The rooftop deck pool with the most insane views of Miami. Huge sauna, and also an infrared sauna in the locker room with salt chamber. I always feel so welcomed and Betty really makes each guest feel like they’re being pampered with the best care. Great staff. Gym has all I need to keep fit and in shape. I absolutely love it and highly recommend becoming a member.

Got my makeup done here and the lady did absolutely terrible right before an important event. She couldn’t match makeup to my skin tone, didn’t prep my skin properly, and took 1.5 hours. They have minimal shades available for foundation and concealer, that had me looking like a ghost. On top of that, she wanted me to pay extra just for false lashes, which they didn’t even have in the salon. Would not recommend, especially since they add gratuities on top. Worst experience ever. Avoid.

Highly recommend this place. TBH this is a hidden gem in Miami that deserves to be known. Everyone here is so kind and all of the services are so well done here. I leave feeling like a million bucks and they always have specials. I’ve been here twice and I will definitely make it a must stop when I’m in town.

The Spa at the Kimpton Epic 29 in Miami is spectacular. Very friendly staff with excellent treatments and services. Facility is always clean and well put together. Betty is amazing and always cheerful. My husband and I really appreciate the hospitality. 5 Stars!🌟

Today My husband and I came to Privai Spa for a couples massage for the first time. We have experienced other spas before but the attention Privai provided started as soon as I called in. Emilia I believe is her name, she was very patient with all my questions, she made us feel very welcome and even remembered me when we checked in. Then came the massage therapists, Julia (me) and Hortensia (hubby)…O M G Julia listened to the specific areas from my body that needed extra TLC and she dis not dissapoint! My husband said the same from Hortensia, he relaxed so much that he even was snoring lol. Needless to say, I already saved Privai’s contact with their names for our soon return! Highly Recommend!
