Just went there for a simple polish change. I asked if she could shape my nails a little and she did no charge. $25 polish change $5 extra for matte. The next day this is what I have. Not sure if I should go have them fix it or just never go back…

This SPA is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year. Traci is exceptional. She is patient, thorough, and very detailed oriented. They always make me feel valued. All of the clients seem to enjoy their time at the nail spa. I ALWAYS receive compliments regarding how beautiful my nails and pedicure look. Traci does a phenomenal job with waxing. Sometimes I get a full face, other times brow and lips. Whatever you need, Pro nails is the place for fabulous service at a good value!

Went to have the acrylic overlay fixed today and was told by the owner that she will not fix the trash service unless I removed the google review. I was always going to pay for the soak off. But now i just don’t appreciate the “if you take the review down” comment. I don’t recommend their services to anyone. Simply because they couldn’t handle the fact that the service they rendered was below sub par. The first review was 100% accurate. And I never once asked for any money back. And they should stop using bath and body works because whatever that scent was, was horrible and it made my legs itch.

I came here for the first time with my mom because the place I used to go started doing a pretty bad job. Now this is the only place I’ll go when I’m in town! It’s clean and inviting and everyone is so kind. They do a great job, being careful and detailed. I appreciate having a place to go where I can bring my mom and we know it’ll always be a great experience.

I usually go to a different salon, but this shop is a little closer, and I received a text with a mani/pedi "special" (10% off), so figured I would try them again. Haven't been in over a year because I wasn't impressed the 1st time I tried them after the other people that used to be in that shop moved. Got there about 5 pm. Wanted a mani/pedi. Sat down immediately, but only 2 "experienced" people work in the shop. They have 4 high school students working there that are learning to do pedicures. No one told me the girls were learning or even asked if that would be ok with me if they did my pedicure. I just overheard the lady (possibly the owner), her name was Tracey, she was telling the lady she was providing a service for about the girls being in high school. Not that that would be an issue if they knew what they were doing or if I had been given an option before starting if it was okay. The 1st one didn't know how to do the one I requested I'm assuming because she was setting me up and then said someone will be right with you. Another girl came over who was very polite and sweet, but I could tell she wasn't very experienced and still learning. I got a deluxe pedicure and was charged full price when I feel like if they are students then they shouldn't be charging full price for services. It took about an hour for the pedicure which is fine. She did an excellent job with the massage. But, not so great on the paint job. She didn't put any water on my legs before using the exfoliating scrub on them so it was like a dry rub, which I didn't care for. Also, she didn't wet the pumice pad thing and used it on my dry feet, which also wasn't what I'm used to, nor did I like it. After using the scrub she didn't even use the water hose attachment to rinse my legs. The towels were not hot and weren't wrapped around my legs. She just used them to wipe the lotion off. Just overall wasn't satisfied. Waited an additional 30 minutes for my manicure from the man who works there. I didn't get his name. Just a basic gel manicure. I don't like the paint job. He didn't cover the whole nail. The paint looks thin and rough on some nails. Some look like they have knicks or maybe the nail surface wasn't filed smooth enough under the paint. I was there for 2 hours (the shop was closing when I left) and even though I seemed relaxed I was just ready to leave. I didn’t have an enjoyable experience, and won't be returning. I know no one is perfect, but when paying for a service at a salon I just expect a good experience with neat, good-quality work done.

Been here 4x nail tech does not cover the sides of your nails completely with acrylic my nails would pop off fast and the ones that did stay on water was able too get under and I have 4 nail fungus. Never in my life has this happened I have been getting nails none for years but I will not return here again

I popped in while out shopping. First time and it won't be my last. John was very friendly and did exactly what I asked. The young lady who did my pedicure was super sweet. She did a great job. She took her time and paid attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. I came early so it was quiet, which was what I needed. The salon is clean and very nice. I'll definitely be back!

I was looking forward to some me time and since Im new to the area I wanted to find a place that did good pedicures. My usual place is all the way by independence blvd and they NEVER fail me… $45 spa pedicures with a beverage. This location has 4.5 stars so i thought i’d give them a try. I went around 11am so that I didn’t have to wait … $40, i had no spa treatments options, he basically played on my legs and feet and used bath and body works lotion at the end on my feet and legs. I will never go back here.

I would definitely recommend coming here! The price was super affordable especially for the quality and comfort of the nails. A lot of nail artists hit your cuticles with the buffer nail tool they use and it hurts but the lady and men that did mine and my grandmas nail were super gentle and careful. They were both super kind and quick. The nails are super neat and not chunky. If you are looking for a good but not to pricey nail salon this is the place!

Took my granddaughter here for us to have our nails done. So very happy with the professionalism and wonderful customer service. Nails were completed quickly and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back .

I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 4 months and absolutely love it! Tracy does my nail art and she is amazing. People are always commenting on my nails asking if they are stick ons but no, they are real and they are genuine nail art! I look forward to seeing what Tracy does each time I come. She has real talent. I would definitely recommend this salon.
