Clean , normal staff & establishment. Overall relaxing experience and am happy w my nails . Mani & pedi. Nails are short so can’t do much w them but I liked the colors and the staff was very normal and helpful making sure I found what I wanted

I came for a pedicure once with my boyfriend and loved the experience, so I decided to come back for a full set and see how well they do. To my delight everything went well and my nails came out beautifully.

I have very Alabama problem feet. Calloused and cracked. I had a pedicure with Mai and truly cannot believe how they look. She took so much care and time to make them look better than I’ve ever seen!

Not the worst manicure I’ve had but just not good. The woman who did my nails was just not super particular and I had a lot of polish left on my skin and under my nails. The polish on my skin she just cut my skin off with the cuticle cutter? Overall cleanliness not great as she used some of the tools on her own nails during my manicure and then used them on my nails again directly after. There was also a woman sleeping on a pedicure chair in the back the whole time.

So happy to find a place open and super clean. Staff was all very nice and super careful. Very happy with them and will absolutely go back! I won't go to another salon in the area, ever again.

This is my first time at this salon and I'll definitely come back. I love the atmosphere at the salon. My tech did my french ombré acrylic set perfectly. She is so sweet and skilled!

This place is great! My tech did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I've been trying out the salons near my house since we've moved here and I don't need to go anywhere else! Salon is spotless! Great selection of polish.

Clean tools and friendly staff. Will return. The language barrier could be an issue, but we figured it out 😀 Got a pedicure and a gel manicure. $80.

Came to the salon and was told to wait for about 20 minutes. No problem at all. Half an hour later the woman is still working with another customer and not even close to be done. Please don’t tell your customers to wait 20 minutes when you know you won’t be done with your other customer for the next 40 minutes.

Love coming here. Pretty clean place and did an excellent job working with details! I have tiny nails but the nail set I did was done so naturally! They never disappoint me!!

Nancy did an amazing job on my nails, which were in a very sad state. I’m very tough on my nails and the polish rarely lasts a few days so I was very impressed that over a week later it’s still holding strong! Nancy was very kind and patient through multiple color changes (too many beautiful colors to choose from!) and I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to ProNails for years and love it. No matter who takes care of me, my nails are always done perfectly and my gel nails last for weeks! Everyone is super friendly and professional, it’s very clean and service is excellent.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and recently discovered Pro Nails. Had a great experience getting a mani and pedi. My nail tech was awesome - she didn’t rush, really took her time and helped me decide on color. The salon is clean and inviting. My tech used gloves the whole time which I personally appreciate and they use disposable files and buffers, sending you home with those instead of reusing or discarding. I had the most relaxing pedicure, hot stones were a nice touch. Highly recommend the place, it’s a hidden gem!

Scheduled an appointment for 2:30, came in at 2 and was asked to come back closer to my appointment time. Came back at 2:25 and was asked if it was okay to delay my appointment 20 minutes. Disappointed and will not be returning.

This is best nail shop in town. The owner Tammy is the best artist! The staff is nice and professional. She works very hard. She would stay late if cannot make to her shop in time. I strongly recommend Pronails and skin care in Sudbury! Love it ! Thank you

I went in for an acrylic full set- says $35 on the website which I was more than willing to pay. Got a mediocre full set (a bit crooked and faded polish on my cuticles) and I go to pay and it was SEVENTY FIVE dollars. For one of the worst sets of nails I’ve ever gotten. $75 for a full set is unheard of and they didn’t do anything special or extra whatsoever. Will not be going back.

Ok place just wish they were more customer focused. They continue to talk to the other nail designer in their language most of the time
