Under new ownership and Nikki ( the manager) is awful. Very inconsiderate, double books appointments. Judges you depending on how much they think you will spend. Will tell you 5 minute and will have your feet soaking for 30 minutes to secure your service instead of being honest. No updated nail design experience, she will push you towards flower designs from 1995 and will upcharge you for new designs to discourage you from choosing it. I came in, she did my nails and told me she can’t do my toes anymore because her next appointment has arrived despite her commitment to me. There is a nice place further up the street on the opposite side just passed the McDonald’s.

New management. I was upsold and over charged. Where did Annie go?!?!?! I called to make an appointment with her and they scheduled it and when I showed up, she wasn't there smh.

Annie is no longer there, new management. I went to get a fill in, sat in the chair for almost 2 hours no designs just a french fill in and she charged me $85, kept saying my nails were long. Annie never charged me that, it was my fault because I should have asked but lesson learned.

Finding the right nail tech has been difficult but meeting Annie has solved this problem. She is an og when it comes to nails. From shaping, to making sure she is not damaging your nails, she is excellent. Located in Laurel, they are a hike from me, but I don't mind the sacrifice. Thanks Annie.

I got a gel pedicure, my eyebrows waxedand a full set on the 28th of May. The service was great but my nail randomly popped off on June 4th. There always seems to be 1 person who can wax eyebrows successfully. My other nails are getting loose as well and u am not sure why. I have never experienced this before. Every time I come in this shop, they always have non English speaking ametures. I was more offended because the women who did my nails was not familiar with the colors in the rainbow and kept asking me the same questions

I will never ever patronize this establishment anymore. They guy was supposed to give me an overlay. He put too much Gel on my nails, once I showed them they started talking about me.

Sign said open and they was servicing a young lady. Website said close at 8. Front door also said close at 8. I was there at 7. All I wanted was for them to remove the gel polish off my toes. I told the young lady im having surgery in the morning on my foot and ankle and I needed to remove all polish before tomorrow. Young lady asked if she could help me and once I told her what I needed she said she was closed. I mean she should of said that upon me entering her establishment. I went around the corner to another nail salon and gave them $20 for a job that was less than 20 mins. I will never give them my business.

Sometimes they rush other times it's better. If paying for a service, I should have to file my toe nails a day later. Polish didn't even cover the complete nails.

The ladies were so nice and sweet, Mrs Lee, the one who did my nails, was so gentle and and was asking me if anything was wrong every few minutes, me and my mom tipped everyone that day and the prices were very reasonable.

This nail salon is absolutely amazing. My original nail tech went on vacation and I couldn't find anyone that does extravagant designs, at least what I am use to. I googled nails salons and came across Ann at Pro Nails and I was stunned. I show her a picture from Pinterest and she literally nails it every time. The salon is also very clean and the staff is professional. So if you are thinking twice about this place, think no more GO TRY THEM OUT. You will not be disappointed.

Came here to get a pedi and mani wanted my big toes white with pink simple one line flowers . She took about and hour for me to finally say I was gd to just paint them all the same color . So now I've done spent money on a pedi that wasn't even what I wanted or asked for .. smh . Waste of money and they didn't even care or try to make it right . .I use to come a couple of years back and I stopped cuz every time I asked for certain stuff I was told it could be done and in the end it's nothing what I asked for or wanted .. so I guess I'm on a mission to find someplace else . I'm not going to keep spending money on stuff that I didn't want or ask for . I walked out without wasting any more time on a mani .

I have been coming to Annie for over 10 years and there is nobody else I trust more to get my nail right. Annie and her staff provides wonderful service and does a thorough job. The shop is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the shop. I followed Annie from her old shop in Columbia and would follow her again!

I've been to this shop twice! Yesterday, I got a Basic Mani/Pedi as I was in a rush. The older lady clearly was unhappy. She asked me again if I wanted to upgrade. When I said no, she started speaking in her native language to the younger female tech w/attitiude. They laughed. It was clear to me and the person sitting next to me that she was talking about me. Well, That is the last time I will come here. I will tell the two women that recommended I go here to stop coming. DIsrepect is unacceptable.

This place is SOOOO unsanitary! They reuse foot scrubs (the once purple scrubs are brown), nail files, nail grooming tools, all of it. When I went, I noticed this as she was about to use them on me and I asked her to use new EVERYTHING. Nobody should have to ask, that should be a given. When brought up to the manager/owner, her response was nonchalant and irresponsible: “You have to pay extra for new items. They’re expensive.” 1. I asked for new products and they were used, free of charge. 2. They’re not expensive. A new kit costs less than $7. 3. Sanitization practices are MANDATORY, per the health board. I’m sure the health inspector will receive a different response than I got once they have to answer to them. Needless to say, I will be doing my own pedicures from here on out. Disgusting.

i really love this place especially annie because she knows how to do the designs i want. i’ve been coming her since october of 2021 and i’ve never had a bad experience! the people that work here are so sweet and very welcoming. i would definitely recommend coming here and booking with annie!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon, everyone is very friendly and professional and I have had a good experience each time I’ve gone. I always get a pedicure and full gel set. Annie is my go too girl and goes above and beyond for her clients. These nails are my latest but she kills it each and every time I go. These nails are “cat eye”. She shapes and smooths my nails like no other tech has before. I highly recommend Pro Nails and Spa for all of your nail needs.

Place is nice and clean, spacious and plenty of light, good energy and compliant with COVID regulations. The staff is super friendly. Annie is my personal favorite since I know her from a former location. I am very picky and needy when it comes to my footcare and Annie always does a better job than I do, which is why I just come to her every month. Great designs as well when I request them.
