Love Pro Nails! Clean, Nice atmosphere, drinks offered, good prices. If you need a different nail tech, just ask! Mine manicure was going poorly, requested different tech! The Sweet lady replacement was FABULOUS!!! They have some talented techs. All techs are NOT CREATED EQUALLY! FACT not opinion.

My favorite salon to go to now! I’ve been to a few around the Sarasota area, and they just weren’t a good fit for me. But Stephanie at pro nails and spa is absolutely amazing, and gives me the best nails. Very thankful for this salon, and all of the hard work they do! 🤍

I have been going to this salon for a decade! I've seen three different nail techs and always walk out with a beautiful set of nails. I receive so many compliments. They will fix broken nails (within a reasonable amount of time) at no charge. Free drinks are available while you are serviced, and they now have a point system and online scheduling. As long as I live in SRQ, I will go to Pro Nails and Spa! I recommend Lue and Lilly for dips and acrylics. Always make an appointment; it's easier for them that way.

I've been here many times but my last two visits went very poorly. Everyone is super nice but not getting what you pay for is unprofessional. I asked for and paid for a VIP manicure but I was not given a leg massage or the hot stone treatment. They use the drill when removing gel polish and that RUINS your nail beds. Also, I got a basic manicure with no polish and I had to finish trimming my cuticles at home. I paid $120 and left pissed off. I come here regularly but I won't be back.

I’ve been going there for 10 years and they are one of the best salons in town. They had some management changes but they been steady for a few years. The manager is a really sweet lady who does a great job at making the customers feel special. I would recommend Julie and Lilly.

Vivian is the nail specialist who attended my son’s today for a pedicure, they never really wanted to do it per a bad experience in a different place, Vivian did such a great job that both will come back as regular monthly customers, and they enjoy the service and the results. VIVIAN is the best!! She is fast and carries her job with excellence

I have been going to this nail salon for years. Please don't listen to the poor reviews. I have been to multiple nail salons in Sarasota and this one is by far the best. My nails always look amazing and Lieu does always does an incredible job. I took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time and they look incredible. My nails also last much longer than when I have had them done at other salons. I was in Minnesota for the summer and still couldn't find a nail salon as good as this one.

Run from this place! I came in after the hurricane to treat myself since my other salon is out of power. Asked how much a service was for gel manicure & polish change on toes with gel polish. I didn’t get a full pedicure. The guy who took me cut me while he was changing the polish on my toes. He cut me three times! He was very rough. I said ouch numerous times. He put some product on the gel on my nails to dissolve the gel and I asked multiple times if it would damage my nails. He said no. I asked what the product was multiple times because it just seemed wrong. He said It’s better than soaking them off. Well he lied. My nails are so damaged! All uneven! My nails feel rough. They also did a bait & switch on price. Scammed! NEVER AGAIN! I really hope their tools are clean. I came home and cleaned my cuts immediately! You should NEVER be cut at a nail salon. Update: owner Lou was called she wanted me to come back in and show her my nails. Went back in and showed her. She refused to give a refund. She said they look fine and that if I wanted she could have someone re-do them. Why would anyone let them touch their nails again after they ruined them is beyond me! Apparently being cut is okay by them. She also denied the damage to my nails. said it was the polish making them look like that. She also tried to blame me for their horrible service. I will be taking this up with my credit card company. We will let them decide.

Vivian is amazing!!! I have been coming here for almost 15 years and for good reason. They are super nice and efficient. Also, complimentary drinks as well which is such a bonus! I always use Vivian for my gel pedicure and manicures!

First impressions matter, and there was no warm welcome here. I walked in, and no one even bothered to say hi. I just stood there awkwardly until someone finally noticed me. Not exactly the kind of service that makes you feel valued.

It was obvious that the staff didn’t have much training. Lily seemed unsure of what she was doing, and she had to ask for help a couple of times. Not exactly the confidence you want to see when someone is working on your nails.

One of the things I look forward to most during a manicure is the hand massage. But here? Nothing. > ZeroturnX: They just skipped right over it like it wasn’t even part of the service. It’s those little touches that make a big difference.
