Very very bad service he over filed my nails then tells me that’s how my nails are they are leaning to the side bad and when I said something about it he told to go somewhere else after he messed them up I wouldn’t recommend if you want your nails done right I’m so mad 😡 and very dissatisfied with the service and treatment the lady who works there is great but the older male is absolutely terrible don’t not go to him

The worst nail salon ever and I will never go back and will advise others. I went in got a pedicure and manicure (my own nails) total of $50. Keep in mind I brought my own DND shellac polish that I purchased online which is the EXACT same thing they have at the nail salon. The gentleman tried to charge me $15 for MY OWN shellac polish. That's the whole point of me purchasing MY OWN so you don't charge me for an additional $15 which is the cost of the bottle. Your service SUCKS and the employees SUCK even more. Never ever again! Glad the other gentleman understand and only charge me the $50. The other gentleman charged my card $65 instead of $50 and you better believe I said something and they fixed it and charged me $50. Imagine how many customers they do this to but don't say anything. It's unbelievable for someone to run a business like this.

Made an appointment for myself and wife for 5:30. I left work early and rushed there. I arrived before my wife and 10 minutes before our appointment. A woman walked in and asked if they had opening for a pedi 5 minutes before our appointment time and they told her yes and made me wait while my wife got her nails done and then 45 minutes later wanted to start my pedicure which by that time I didn’t want it anymore. Why take appointments if you’re going to let the walk-ins take the slot that a person has reserved. I pay for my wife and two daughters to come there at least twice a month. I will not spend another dollar with them.

i went to pro nails for a full set of coffin, shaped nails, and a pedicure my shape is all wrong it looks like a 5 year old did them i am disappointed 55 dollars down the drain.

I was very upset with my nails from another salon and after a week , i found this place ! They hooked me up and got me together ! I absolutely recommend them!!!!

My mom and I have been coming here for years. That being said, I haven’t gotten a pedicure done in over 10 years so naturally I figured I should come to this place because I trusted them. I’ll preface the story with after my recent experience here, I will never be coming back and I will never recommend this place to anybody. I had made an appointment a couple of days before coming in but when I came in they acted like they didn’t know anything about my appointment. I said just wanted the basic pedicure that is advertised as $35. He starts doing my feet and it’s really nice at first, then he starts digging in the side of my big toe. I figure he won’t dig deep or do anything crazy because this is just a nail salon, if i wanted something drastic to be fixed or done I would not expect anyone at a nail salon to do that, especially without asking or saying anything first. He starts digging deep into the side of my nail and I express that it hurts but he kept pulling and digging and then my nail starts bleeding profusely. I’m still holding this place to a high standard at this point so i figure I will let him finish. He finished painting my nails and I go to pay and he charges me $50. Obviously I’m confused because 1. I asked for the basic pedicure 2. this man just left my foot looking worse than before I came in and basically left me with an open wound and injury Not wanting to make a scene I just paid and then proceeded to tell them that my appointment was also for a full set of acrylics. They obviously made no note of my appointment when I made it because they look confused and then tell me that I’ll have to wait about 30 minutes to get my nails done. At this point i’m extremely disappointed because they left me with a bleeding foot and an injury, me pay more than what I asked for, and are telling me I need to wait even though I made appointment. I will not be returning to this salon and I will never recommend anyone I know to come here. This was such a disappointing experience for me as I was going in with the excitement of treating myself to something that I haven’t experienced in a long time. However, I left feeling borderline traumatized and cheated.

I took my mom to get her pedicure and manicure, I used to go there when I used to live in Tulsa but I moved to Glenpool. And I always love the way they did my nails there, so that’s why I decided to take her there. But they’re not the same people I think there’s new owners. First of all, I didn’t like the service at all. My mom asked for a flower design. Which they didn’t even want to make it, so, instead, she had to choose from some kind of sticker flowers, and just stick on her toe. Which I was so disappointed. Never again will I take her to get her nails done there..

I went the day before Mother's Day to get a pedicure and it was not good. The tech was nice but flustered, and not good with giving a pedicure. They don't use any cuticle remover so it kinda hurts to get a dry cuticle push-back. She didn't cut my cuticles, I had to remind her, then she only nipped my 2 big toes. She didn't use any cuticle oil so the buffing was painful as well. Finally, the polish chipped on 1 toe and completely rubbed off 1 toe, I guess she put a few too many coats of polish on and they're weren't all the way dry. I am not returning and do not recommend.

I went to get my acrylic nail set off and to get a manicure. The man started lifting my nails with a fake nail. I’m thinking okay, he’s just lifting the nail to make it easier to come off during the soak. NO! He started ripping the nails off with the fake nail. Lifting up pieces of my real nails. Two of my nails split and bled. He continued with manicure with blood and all. I left out with two bloody nails sore to any touch. He didn’t offer a discount or anything. I took mental note of everything and want be returning. Prior to all of that, I told the man how weak my natural nails were so I wasn’t expecting that at all.

If I could give this Nail Salon a 0 I would! I went to do today 07/24/23 a (regular) manicure as I walk in, I'm ask, by the owner, mind you! How can I help you? I tell her, My nails this is @ 6:30 pm and they close @ 7:30, she tells me, can you come back tomorrow, "Hell NO" so she goes says something under her breath that I could not hear but the lady she was attending just laugh, that's what really piss me off. Ignorant, never again will they see my money. So if you think of going there it's just a manner of time when it's your turn with so bad customer service.

Just for some acrylics and a simple bit of nail art on my ring finger. They followed the Pinterest pic to the letter and I’m so happy with how they came out. I don’t get my nails done often but will keep them in mind the next time I decide to do it again!

Started coming here because they are cheaper than European Wax Center. However, they CONSTANTLY ask you to come back at a later time for eyebrow waxing. Literally EVERYTIME. Then when you come back at a later time she doesn’t have time to do the wax AT ALL. it’s very annoying. This has happened several times now so I won’t be back at all. They don’t stick to appointments / never avail for walk ins. Just don’t waste your time

Me and my BF go regularly to get pedicures done and found this gem when looking now closer to our new home!! WOW! 👏🏻 They did such an amazing job and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They had 3 types of pedis starting at $35 for the basic service. My feet are super soft and callus free and made sure they were unlike other places we have been too that rush through it.

When you just can't decide what color or how to design your nails they always come up with something really cool and very very flamboyant they are the best in the business I would highly recommend them out of everyone in Tulsa!!!!!!
