I have been visiting this place for over a year for eyebrows and face threading. I only do underarm waxing. I visit the shop mostly during weekdays around evenings so it's not too crowded during business hours. Occasionally, I come during weekdays, and wait time is about 10-15 mins. Overall, my experience has been great consistently for the past 12 months. Every aesthetician who does my wax and threading have been great and meticulous in ensuring there's no hair left behind. Prices are really great for the service and attention to detail! I recommend this place for anyone who would like to try threading and don't want to break the bank. Will continue to keep coming back! 😊

I had long curly hair. I asked the hair dresser to keep my hair longer but trim and make a U shape. I want long hair. I mentioned too many times but she chopped the half of my hair. I didn’t say anything because I will not get my hair back. I wasted my $35 on the worse hair cut ever. She ruined my hair. She doesn’t know how to cut hair. Is that called a hair cut ? Cost is great (I got full arms wax) and I don't mind a place that is no-frills, but I the service and quality of wax were not good. The woman was nice, on the slower side, which I wouldn't mind if she actually did a thorough job, but I got home later to find a lot of patches that she missed. In the session, she was constantly looking at my arms, I'm guessing to see where there was "enough" or darker hair; it should be just the full arm, even if the hair is very fine so I didn't appreciate her doing that. She got a few drops of wax on my trousers and attempted for a few seconds to get it off but was completely unapologetic and unbothered. After paying and speaking with another staff member (as mine didn't know much English) about getting wax off both my skin and clothes, my person insisted that I write "yes" on their sign in sheet which has a column on whether the customer liked it or not. I was incredibly annoying b/c I was trying to leave after being there for almost 40 minutes and of course I felt pressured to write yes b/c she was insisting but the truth is no. And the wax-- terrible quality. I washed my arms a few times and tried body oil, which got a lot of it off, but there was stickiness most of the day. Perhaps the other staff members are better. If you're nearby/in a bind this place is OK especially for the price, but keep your expectations low. EDIT: After 1 week, dropping it from 2 stars to 1 star. The wax did not wash out of my clothes and left stains, and there were marks left on my arms, which has never happened in the 20+ years of waxing. Would not recommend this spot.

Got the facial here and it was great! The facial was amazing and she was the sweetest person ever and did such a good job! Def going to come back for my brows and future facials!

Got hybrid lashes and a gel mani pedi. Git has really gentle hands and my lash experience was pain free plus I fell asleep. This place is clean and the staff is super friendly. Will be back!

What a disappointment after all these good review. The massage was a joke. She even asked me if she had to leave the room while I get changed. Uhm, yes. Room was freezing and the massage was her mainly running her hands up and down my back but had nothing to do with a massage. Mani pedi mediocre at best. Pedi does not even include callus removal or any form of calf massage whatsoever. Never experienced something this bare bones and the end result is something I could’ve done at home. Eyebrow threading was ok I guess. When you pay by card they charge you sales tax. I pointed out that this was illegal and only applicable to goods, not services. They didn’t care and still charged the 9.Something percent. Hello better business bureau. I would never go here again. The whole place is cluttered and they have music blasting and a person in the front selling insurance products. Relaxing spa? Far from it!
