I've been coming to process for more than 10 years. Overall I am pretty happy & satisfied with their services. Lately it has become near impossible to get an appointment with your stylist. So decided to have a haircut with Amber. I have read up on her and felt since she has been a stylist for so long I will be fine. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted. She took her time to cut my hair. And made them look presentable when I left the salon. However, it has been a challenge since then. Half of my head has hair going backwards and half coming forward. There is a huge disconnect between the upper layer and the bottom layer. Front bangs don't flow properly. And it is extremely hard to style the hair when you have such weirdly cut hair. Amber is a wonderful person and I mean no harm to her. But she doesn't know how to handle medium to short length hair. I had to got an appointment in Virginia from my old stylist to fix the mess she created with my hair.

For the haircut I got, which was mediocre at best, and it was uneven, I could have gone to a more cost effective salon.

Noah is amazing!!! I could not give him an exact color —what I wanted after going back to my natural awhile back and he nailed it! Hard job with the vague decisiveness, (Lack Thereof.) Recommend him very highly!!!

Process is truly the best salon I’ve ever visited for haircuts. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I’ve been there numerous times, and if I’m ever unhappy with my haircut, they always take the time to make it right until I’m pleased. Today, I had my haircut done by Bri, who was so sweet and attentive. I shared my vision for the haircut, and she worked hard to achieve it. Wanting to ensure I was completely happy, she even consulted with another stylist, Courtney, who helped perfect the look. Thanks to both of their efforts, my haircut turned out amazing! I’m a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this place to everyone!

I ran across Process when I was looking for my wedding hair stylist. I went in for my trial appointment and was thrilled, they have such a great space and their people are amazing. Kim did my wedding hair and completely knocked it out of the park. She looked at my semi-inspiration photos, listened to what I described, understood what I actually wanted, and did such a beautiful job. On the day of, she was such a gem to be around and also did a really great job with the bridesmaids’ hair. They are now my favorite salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cut, and consultation. Cassie is AMAZING, she really knows her stuff. I told her what I needed and she heard me. She explained exactly what she was going to do to achieve my goal hair, and she did it! I plan on using her from now on to get my hair done routinely. Back-off everyone, she's mine! Lol

I have gone here for 3 years now and been cut + styled by SO many ladies over the years, but for the past year and a half have faithfully been with Ashley as her services are TOP tier. I asked for a color appointment yesterday, knowing that my options were slim to none. This time, an appointment fell out of the sky and into my lap, and I was scheduled a balayage done by Tory, who just knocked it out of the park. My hair is absolutely slayed. Truly, I could not trust just any salon with my hair, as I've had a lot of hair trauma if that's something you need to know before booking. Do it!

I really hate to leave a bad review but I’m so disappointed with this salon. To start I have been coming here for almost three years, Yami is so kind a great soul to be around and really listens to what you would like. My issue is that they have cancelled my appointment on me over three times now, twice being for a full balayage and cut just before I am due to travel back to the UK for big events. This is not counting the 3 times they’ve tried to reschedule my appointments last minute also. Each time they have not been able to reschedule me even within the same week! I have been left today calling over 10 different salons and now going to different salon that is going to cost me over $100 more as they are the only ones with an available appointment in the time frame I have. I understand things happen but I have had this appointment booked for over 8 weeks, I believe that some kind of compensation should have been made with a different stylist but when I asked this I was told ‘I just make the phone calls’. Sadly you have lost a loyal client and I will not be referring anyone I know to this salon.

Meredith is amazing! 😍 I came in after a haircut I didn’t love, and she made me love my hair again. I have thick/coarse hair and wanted to keep it short, and she helped me do just that while taming my poofy/frizzy hair and helping me find my natural curl with the right product. Thank you Meredith!!

Process is so wonderful! I booked them for my wedding super last minute due to conflicts with previous hairdressers, and it was the best case scenario. I had two wedding ceremonies; they did a blowout for me for the first one, and a styled look for my second. Both held incredibly well and were exactly what I was looking fcor. Meredith, who did my styled look on Saturday, came in to the day expecting me to tell her one thing based on my trial, and I completely changed my mind - she rolled with the punches and gave me the hair of my dreams. They are the most professional and lovely people - book them!!!

Kim was absolutely phenomenal!! Kind and welcoming from the beginning. I explained what I wanted, we discussed the reference photos that I provided, and she talked through her plan. She KNOWS how to cut thick hair and I can't believe how much of a difference I can see and feel. She was not afraid to layer and thin my hair to give it more body and remove weight without sacrificing my length, which was very important to me. Also the best blowout I've ever had! I usually want to wash and style it myself after a salon blowout, but she picked the perfect products for my hair texture. Kim is a very valuable addition to the Process team, and I will be coming back to her for sure!!
