Always amazing no what time of day my mom and I are always able to walk in, they get busy depending on the day or time but they always get to us.... never met one unfriendly person there and they've never overcharged us .

It became very obvious in my experience that only one guy will do a black person nail and I also notice that the black people got seat in the back while other parties was midway to the front door. So just beware. The atmosphere is poor for blacks but they so good on nails. So just remember why you there. The asian women will not touch you. Just for clarity.

Excellent services!! Tu is wonderful at nails and is so gentle! I got a nice fluffy pillow behind my back in a comfy arm chair that made the experience even better. Will be back for sure!

One of the old ladies gave me a horrible ingrown toe nail.. infection has been horrible. I have never had this issue before and during the pedicure I just had a feeling she did something bad cuz she kept hesitating and acting unsure of what she was doing while messing around in that exact area I got the ingrown… horrible pain, horrible infection, horrible service. Go at your own risk.

Went in for waxing , left crying and bleeding , the lady waxing my lip said the wax was to hot and left very red and top lip bleeding ” oh I hurt you “ , do not recommend

When I first walked in I asked for a Russian manicure, they didn’t know what it was so I politely showed them on my phone. They proceeded to tell me to sit in the pedicure chair as I was getting a manicure & pedicure. The guy started on the pedicure so I’m assuming I’m getting a Russian manicure. As he was soaking my nails I asked him are we doing the Russian manicure to make sure I’m getting what I’m paying for. The boss (I’m assuming) came over and tells me we don’t do those, Okay that’s fine but don’t start to proceed on my nails as if I’m getting what I asked for. So I just changed the service and asked for a layover instead trying not to be duly They proceeded to talk in their native tongue, so i automatically felt uncomfortable thinking they were discussing me. I came in with sharp tapered short natural nail. As the manicure progressed the nail tech decided the shape I wanted himself and done a square oval shape. I told him I wanted square and he proceeded to fix it, as he get to my left thumb i notice the corner of my nail was missing making one side square and the other rounded. I asked him to fix that and he gave the most annoyed look! Basically customer service was awful and will not be back. They did make sure I like my nails and I did and that’s the reason they give 2 stars if the service was there it would’ve been 5 stars.

I did not like my pedicure experience. The place is pretty dirty. The lady kept picking at unnecessary areas of my feet with a metal nail scissor tool. She painted shellac on my skin. She left to check her phone that was on a charger n the corner of the salon before she was done with the last UV light service. My feet hurt after she jabbed at them for 20min. I should have not paid for that experience at all, but that didn't stop them from running after me outside to tell me I owed five more dollars. I dare you to look behind the pedicure chairs before you sit in them. And the pillows they use are old, ratty and disgusting. Don't go here!!!

I love this place but when I call and make an appointment, I expect to be serviced at that time. I had to go twice last week to get a mani & pedi. Ask for Walker if you're getting your nails done!

I used to be a regular before the pandemic. I came back today for the first time in a long time and they started a pedi on someone who had been waiting a lot less time before starting mine. My nails were pretty but the employees were rude and they mostly only talk to each other, likely trash talking their customers....

Loved it!! Very professional, took care of my daughter and I in a timely manner without cutting up my cuticles.
