Finally found a salon I’ll go back to. Great service by the staff! I was pleased with my nail services. This was the first salon I’ve visited that does a French dip powder. I was so happy to find this little gem. Since moving to Fontana, I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon. The staff give you water, and snacks. I’d recommend this salon if you’re in the North Fontana area.

Walked in immediately got seated for my pedicure. I was given water and a snack which I have not seen a nail area here do yet. The salon was sparkling with how clean it was. Loved the plant decor, tiles, and the music choice. The workers were so nice, professional, and respectful. I will most definitely be coming back.

In many years coming here, this is my first review. If you want to come to a place that you feel the sense of belonging, this is the place. Customer service is awesome, David was absent, he also does need a vacation. Just try to call if you can before arriving, that way you can check on availability. I have never sense the rushing time, there was a time that they stay over after closing to complete there already started service. I totally recommend ProfessioNail & Spa.

This review is long overdue. I've been going in there almost every month since October with my sister, Vera, and they are all so sweet, kind, and have excellent customer service. David is the sweetest and offers delicious juices and snacks. Kaimee did my nails with the gel press ons, #23 new nail color, and I love them! It's my favorite set! All the ladies there are lovely. Me, my sister, and Mom all love going there. The atmosphere is wonderful and nicely decorated. Make sure to book an appointment if you're a busy gal 😀

What’s going on? I went in today, and these 3 very unprofessional women are trying to run it. In fact, this chick who’s never worked in a salon almost ripped my chin off trying to do a neck wax. Then they tried to over charge me. That was my very last visit.

I go and see Lily every two weeks and sometimes every week if I need to. I am very picky and can be OCD with how my nails and toes look, along with the quality of the work. Lily is always doing a great job and always going over and beyond to ensure I’m happy with the outcome. I’ve gone to all the salons in this upper Fontana area, since 2016 & so far this is where I can consistently go for quality work. The others seem to constantly switch up and only every so often give good service and work. I needed to be able to consistently be able to rely on good work.

I moved to Fontana late last year & was in search for a good nail tech. I went to four other salons before I found Professionail & I am SO HAPPY with their work. My first service was three days after going to another shop & they fixed the bad job I got & gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. They are friendly, professional, and very skilled. The shop is clean & in a great neighborhood shopping center.

I'm sharing this review with everyone, because of the experience that my wife had coming to this place. I know that racism exist in many parts of the world and it's sadness me that she had to go through this in this place of business. To.make her story short, she scheduled an appointment came in on time. They had her sitting waiting for 25 minutes. During this time a Caucasian lady comes in and askes for a full mani and pedi With no appointment they sat her and went to work on her immediately. Now we are Hispanic and felt totally discriminated. I can not explain the feeling I felt to hear my wife talk about her experience. To all the people reading this, do not come here. This place does not deserve your business being treated this way. My wife got her stuff and walked out. She will not be coming here again or recommending this place of business.

Horrible outcome. I went in, waited 40 minutes and once seated the tech rushed and started on someone else while doing mine. During pedicure she messed up my nail and decided to paint over instead of removing it and starting fresh. I mentioned that it looked bumpy and she got upset and redid it. After a day of having this pedicure this is the outcome. Chipped nails

I called 40 minutes before they closed to make sure they’d have time to take me for a full set. When I got to the shop they were very polite and offered a pedicure and I said only if you guys are ok with it since it’s so close to closing and they were like yeah no problem. They were professional and friendly. Attentive and the woman who did my acrylics was a perfectionist even noticing and fixing a flaw without me having to say anything. They never made me feel rushed even when three women walked in 10 minutes before closing saying they needed three manicures and three pedicures. They accommodated them as well. And my nails came out beautiful!!! I’ll be coming back to see Wendy!

Absolutely ridiculous! I called yesterday Friday to book a 12 pm appt for today Saturday for a pedi & full set as they were busy and didn’t want to just walk in. I arrived on time and waited about 10 min to be seated as they were busy. They took me back and had me sitting in the pedi spa soaking for an hour before someone finally came to do my toes. I was frustrated as I had a set appointment and that didn’t even matter for wait time. Granted, I was being patient and not complaining because they were busy and I get it. Well after we were done with my toes she stated “ next time book an appointment it’s better” WHAT!!!!!!! I said it loud and clear I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SND WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND SOME TO BE SERVICED! she walked over to collect payment and I asked her what about my full set? By this time I was already there for over an hour and a half. She told me it would take approx. 40 min and I said ok. Then she said so what time do you want to come back ? COME BACK?!?!?! I asked why do I have to come back if I already have an appointment to do my toes AND get a full set! She said because were busy!!!! I was baffled at this! This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. So because you decided to take back more clients snd sit them down to be serviced I lose out on the services I pre scheduled?!?! She then tried to book me for the next day and I was just furious! I get it it’s busy on the weekends but why even do appointments if youre not going to even accommodate and fulfill them ?! && then turn them away and have them come back BECAUSE A WALK IN COMES IN! I’m so disgusted, angry and just blown away at this nail spa!

Called to get an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I could get a same day appointment. Arrived 10 mins early and immediately noticed that they had only 4 technicians working. No one made eye contact or even asked me if they could help me. Signed in and then waited 55 mins before I was finally placed in a pedicure chair (45 mins after my appointment). When Lily started my service I asked if it was usual to wait this long when you have an appointment. She said “oh you had an appointment? We are busy today “ (so why allow an appointment?). Watched as another woman who had finished her manicure was placed in the pedi chair next to me. She waited another 30 mins and no one started her pedi. She finally got up and left (bravo!!!). Finally a woman who had arrived and sat and waited 35 mins left before they even started. Again no one acknowledged her. I used to love this place. However they lack basic customer service and are disrespectful of their customers time. I WONT BE BACK.

I rate a zero i went in and waited almost an hour it was my turn to get service and another customer walked in the nail tech told me to wait or come back to be serviced while she did the other ladies nails then said I needed an appointment this was horrible customer service and I've never felt so disrespected i will never go back there or any of their other sister companies either and I've been a loyal customer might I add

I came here to get my birthday nails done. I got there at four o clock. I requested for a full set and pedicure. I got my pedicure done. My pedicure was finished at 5:30. I waited an hour just for them to tell me them they couldn’t give me a full set because they almost closing and she did a rushed job so she can go home I called to get them fixed the next day and they told me they were booked and hung up on my face . I never had a problem with them until now . I paid 118$ to be left unsatisfied

I got my toes done but lady cut me a couple times and the last time I went there for my nails done the lady cut me several times and the nails were curved and chunky and with my toes they didn’t bother to put them under a dryer they had me sit there for a hour to let them air dry and when I looked they were still wet and I had to leave because I was in a rush for my appointment and the nail polish is very sloppy

I had a bad experience, they were rushing everything very cold to me and made me feel unwelcomed. I did not get the nails I asked for and very over priced. I went in for a relaxing time but left disappointed and overcharged. I do not recommend it.

I understand things have not been and do not seem as if they will ever be the same pre Covid. With that being said. I was coming here before Covid. I only ask for toe nail color because I become frustrated trying to paint my own toe nails. I pay and provide a tip. I came by a few weeks ago and left because I was not acknowledged. I know we have to wait anywhere these days and I make the time to wait. But I felt so uncomfortable. They made me feel down. Today I was going to give it another try. But the girl at the front had me sign in and as she told me it was a 2 to 3 hour wait she laughed and just made me feel like I was crazy for even trying to walk in. I KNOW I have to wait. I know people are not about customer service these days and my working in the medical field become overwhelmed with patients and get it. However, we need to be a little more human with one another and not mock one another. I will not return. She made me feel stupid for even going in and laughing at me in front of a full house of people. Not cool. I came down the street to TLC nails & spa. They made me feel welcomed and nicely informed me how many people in front of me and offered me a chair to sit on if I was okay waiting. Which I said yes to and was thankful someone was willing to do my nails and get paid to do so. We are just trying to move forward and do our best. BE NICE!

Not a fan! Just had a stiletto ombre fill manicure and spa pedicure. My manicure is bumpy and the shape is almond. I politely gave feedback but was told by the tech that she knew what she was doing. Guess what, they are NOT stiletto. This salon triple books their staff, so even though I had an appt and was early for it, I had to wait 15 minutes to get started AND another 20 minutes for my pedi after my manicure was complete. It was a long 3 hours of watching others who had appts, wait because the staff kept telling walk-ins that they had space. 5 workers and 12 customers does not compute. Giving 2 stars because the salon is clean but the wear & tear shows. Not giving anymore than 2 stars because ARGH now I have to have bumpy almond shape nails for 2-3 weeks. Yuck and so not cute. Don't come in with any design requests because they cannot handle them.

This place. They are only capable of doing the most basic thing but will overcharge you for it. They did not deliver at all on my nails, they didn't even try to give me something nice. I understood they did not have the materials they needed for what I asked for but they did a very sloppy overpriced job. It looks as if a child did my nails; my nails have a bumpy surface, they point in unnecessary directions, they do not match, and there's no pattern in the gems. It's very disappointing to see such a terrible and careless job. Go in at your own risk. Expect to be overcharged.
