I made an appointment online the night before. I came in the morning and they were ready for me. I get a pedicure once a year. I am from out of town and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this place. I was very happy with the pedicure and next year if I'm in Vegas I would definitely go here again.

I really don’t like to put bad reviews specially if the person was nice but the guy that did my nails left so many gaps. I was not happy with how they came out.

Nice salon but a bit pricey when they add any extra services. The technician got polish on brand new sandals, so don’t let them put them on while polishing. I won’t be back.

I went to professor nails on Tuesday. It's the first time I've ever been there but they're right by my house so I thought I'd give them a shot. My 6 year old daughter and myself got gel mani pedis. Now keep in mind that my daughter did have to have a sticker on each nail so I know that added 50. We're going to Hawaii so I figured 1 time, why not. It was $225. Here I am 4 days later and my nails are horrible!!! I'm on vacation in Hawaii and I'm writing a review of this nail place. The $225 sucked but I was willing to pay it, that's my fault. The nails have been chipping for 2 days and their 4 days old. That's their fault. I won't go back.

I’m on holidays from Australia and I was on 2 cruises and a week in Orlando left Oz on April 12th just got to visit my son and family in Las Vegas and my nails were in need of an infill .. my daughter in law took me here as she has her nails done here and the lady who did my nails was so friendly .. I had white and pink dip powder French tip and I was over the moon with my nails .. actually they look fantastic .. great job !!!

First time here and overall had a great experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming! Atmosphere was calm, not too noisy, clean and spacious! I actually got to really relax even though we just had a pedicure. Came here with my mom for my birthday, at checkout I got to spin a discount wheel and got a discount! You know the little things still matter. Will definitely be coming back again and trying other services! Thank you Professor Nail for a wonderful experience!

I have visited this place 3 times and everytime, there has been an issue. Well, last Friday I got a Gel X, full set. I requested short nails, but the set they had was kind of medium length. I said I had a baby so I need them shortened. The nail artist shortened it for me but she mentioned other artists wouldn't have done it for me. I mentioned one of them felt loose but she said it was fine. The following day, it started loosening more and today it's almost coming off. Mind you, I always use gloves while doing chores. $65 plus for these and they don't even last 4 days. Update, it came off 🤷🏽‍♀️ UPDATE: 04 24.2024 So I called them yesterday and explained the situation. The receptionist said they were fully booked yesterday so I requested to fit me in either yesterday or today because I'm flying out tomorrow. The receptionist said they don't take appointments for a repair but she would write it down in a sticky and put it on her desk and asked me to go today at 6.30 pm. Well, I went there but the receptionist today denied I had an appointment repeatedly. When I said I could show their number and call log from yesterday and explained my situation, she said yes, there was a sticky but they cannot do it today and she wasn't there yesterday so she cannot take responsibility for that. I told her I'll am flying out tomorrow but she said there wasn't anything that could be done. Also the nail repair has to be done by the same artist. Well, where was that information yesterday? Such a waste of time and so unprofessional! The nail was loose from day one and I have pictures to prove. I'm amazed by what people get away with. And I have never been disappointed by any business like this ever. Me AND my friends are never going here again.

I was having a rough day and wanted to relax with a mani/pedi. My tech seemed a bit rushed and cut my cuticle too low. I wasn't able to relax the rest of the service due to being on edge and it stinging. They apologized, but now I have to change other plans and keep this clean and dry 😮‍💨

I’ve been going to Professor Nail for a few years now and it’s always a great experience. They provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is kind and courteous.
