I’ve been going to profiles for like 4 years just for my girl Lindsay she always slays any set! She’s always coming up with the perfect sets for me very creative. She’s been my nail tech a long time and I wouldn’t have anyone else do my nails I can always go 5 to 6 weeks without coming back in to which is great for my busy schedule I always recommend profiles to anyone who ask about my nail. 💅😌

Lindsay is one of the greatest nail tech I have ever had! Not only does she perfect any design that I asked for, but she accommodates my needy schedule! She is absolutely amazing and she really needs an award for being the best employee of Profiles! They will forever have my business as long as Lindsay works for them!

Profiles Nail Salon is the best nail salon I’ve found here in Ft. Myers. 6-10-2024 I would like to add - a couple nail techs are amazing and a couple- Not so great. I’ve stopped going to Profiles because for the money I’m spending it’s not worth it. My nails are too thick, not shaped right, don’t last, I haven’t been happy with them at all! Time to look for a new nail tech. Every time I can get in with Nana I absolutely love my nails but she’s always booked up and with my schedule I don’t know when I’ll be off from work. She’s booked up because she’s one of the best there!!

Mel and Nicole are awesome! Mel did my GF nails and they look very clean and pretty. Nicole gave me a pedicure and it was done carefully and really well. We will definitely come back whenever we are downtown again.

I love this salon, the atmosphere is amazing and all the staff is so nice and dedicated to their craft. I got a mani pedi here a while ago, and Aleyna did an amazing job, I highly recommend her! Profiles downtown is the place to go for high quality services! 💗✨

awful, girl showed up 10-15 mins late for work, very unhappy, i should have left and wish i had., the worst lame basic pedicure ever, didnt clean wax off nails ,so i mentioned it, trust the process, well you missed a step , but ok 2 days later toe polish coming off, the rest looked horrible, so many other issues, emailed, sent message no one cares enough to return communication. then sent to another lady for nails, ... my last visit here .

Danielle changed my expectations from nail technicians forever. I’m visiting Ft. Myers for a few days and desperately needed my nails done. I expected to go in and have a decent experience but not much more. I was gravely mistaken! Not only do my nails look absolutely incredible but she took the time to educate me on why my nails grow the way they do and how to style them to flatter their growth and the shape of my fingers. She used forms instead of tips which is an impressive way to sculpt nails in my opinion! I chose a random color that I could care less about because I wasn’t prepared with any ideas. Danielle consulted further and by this point I had so much faith in her that I was willing to let her be creative and choose for me. It was the best decision, I feel springy, stylish, and ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation! Thank you Danielle for giving me the gift of your knowledge and experience! If you’re looking for someone who can do it all, look no further than Danielle!

Just got a pedicure and I still have old nail polish in the corners of my toes, as well as under the nail!... my feet are also so rough I feel like I could of done a better job myself... frustrated that it cost 55 for a pedicure that I had to go home and fix.
