I was referred to this salon by my friend Dee Dee. She specifically referred me to Andrea. My first impression was how lovely a atmosphere it was. Andrea is amazing! I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted and viola, she did! Color and cut, on point. I always have a wonderful experience when I get my manicure and pedicure from Janee'. She is always happy and very friendly and does a FANTASTIC job on my nails!! I always enjoy myself when I go there. Chris who also does nails is wonderful as well!! Love you ladies!!

I was just here for a haircut, for the first time ever, and I would give six stars if I could. Viviann worked absolute magic on my long, thick hair. I wanted big floaty layers, and she understood exactly what I was looking for, and I LOVE how my haircut turned out. She was also super friendly, and her confidence really put me at ease. She had some great suggestions for next time, and I'll definitely be back to give them a try! Highly recommended!!

Paige cut our almost 2 year olds hair and she was absolutely amazing. Our son does not sit still and we thought it would be rather difficult but she had him giggling the whole time. She was patient and friendly and did such a great job. We would recommend Paige and Profiles to everyone!

Vicky there Receptionist who answer our calls is do pleasant and funny and friendly. Andrea is who cut noth my hair and my husbands. She is very good we both love her very much. When she is doing my hair we always have something to talk with eachother. I will not let anyone touch my hair. Andrea is the best stylist we have ever had. I love going there because if you was sad when you arrived thete by the time she was done. I had laugh some much when I hear there Nail stylists mad me laugh because there are go funny and laughed so hard that it echoed through they building. They laughing was very catching. I pray that our stylist and the company ,( the 2 sisters that own the busined are do friendly. When ever I go there to have Andrea cut and color my hair, I look forward to going. It takes Andrea to do everything I want done in a short period of time. She is Great, so is Vicky. Thank you Shear Image. May God bless each and everyone that works there. Best place in greater Lansing area, Grand Ledge, to have a true professional stylist take their time for 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend this facility and ask for Viviann Huynh Ball, she has magic hands and a most loving caring personality, she takes the extra time as a stylist/artist to create what you want and need.

Excellent service. Christie and Janel are great nail techs. I always get my pedicure there too. The salon takes walk ins for your hair cut needs.
