I’ve been seeing Krystal for years and will never go anywhere else. From dry acne skin to clear happy skin is all I’ve ever wanted. The staff is wonderful and my experience is always so relaxing.

300$ to look like a clown or Ariel your pick. I asked for something simple, redhead, light copper, fresh penny color. I came out looking like a tomato. I came here and I was highly disappointed with the outcome of what I asked for. I gave photos and was as descriptive as I could have been, yet, the stylist Aliya still managed to turn what I wanted into something.. I'm not even proud to post. The owner did nothin to justify the mistake that was made. Never coming back.

I had never attended this establishment before, but I will be returning. Very friendly service with no judgment or obligation. I like how you can get everything from waxing, to your hair done, to your nails, and even a facial all at the same place. I had a wax done by a Miss Shantel. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I am looking forward to my next service

Shantel always does an amazing job on my dermaplanes! She is kind, caring, and passionate about what she does and it always shows through her work! She's given me some helpful advice on how to take care of my skin on a day to day basis. I always look forward to seeing her!

I absolutely love the services Shantel provides! The facials she gives are amazing! You’ll feel so relaxed and refreshed once you leave. She makes sure to tell you what products she is using on your skin and the effects of each one. The lash lift/tint she’s done have looked incredible! If you haven’t seen her yet you’re missing out!

My facials with Shantel Widick of Beauty by Shantel are by far the most pleasant and informative sessions. I thoroughly enjoy my facials and I am always learning something new to benefit my skin care routine. Shes willing to take the extra time and has been available at a moments notice to answer any questions I might have!! I feel incredibly lucky to have found Shantel. Would definitely and have, recommended her to friends and family!! ⭐️

Claire always does such a great job with my hair and my kids hair! On my last visit we went back to some blonde highlights and it looks so good! I always love how she curls my hair too. I wish I could have her do it everyday!! Thank you Claire for always taking care of me!

I highly recommend Claire! She is always up to date on the newest trends with a great weave technique (never looks stripy). Her blow outs are amazing!! They last for days! She uses great products and will help you with your styling technique.

Jennifer is my go to person at Progressions. I love to experiment with colors & we have put together some interesting, but beautiful results. Progressions has the nicest people I've ever met in a salon, and believe me I've been to a lot of salons! I recommend them so highly.

Jennifer is the best in the area. She is very thorough when it comes to cuts. I trust her color theory knowledge to tone my natural blonde just right and she doesn’t disappoint. I have never left another salon in Wichita as satisfied with my service!

I made my appointment on Dec. 30, for a full day at the spa with lunch (a gift from my husband). I got a call on Feb. 9th saying the massage employee couldn't be there on the Friday of my appointment, we switched it to the day before. The facial was amazing and I really enjoyed it, the atmosphere in the room was great. The gal was very nice. However - I think it would be a nice gesture to have robes for your clients. I had to undress, then dress, then undress when I got to the massage room. Instead of bottle water - they bring you water in a glass - not a fan. The massage room was not inviting. It seemed cluttered, a pop can on the cart, cell phone on shelf - then I realized that's where the music was coming from. A light was on the whole time of my massage and the light flickered. I asked for a moderate to deep massage - the gal said we would do a relaxing massage, she to was nice. Mani/Pedi - definitely not a good experience. Gal was super sweet - but not experienced in doing nails. Cuticles were not touched, except for a light pushing back of them and they did not get trimmed. Polish was put on way too thick, the blue lights didn't work. Didn't get to soak my nails (they were out of what they needed?) Nails look awful, this is possibly one of the worst manicures I've ever had done. It was not comfortable sitting at the table - the stand she had my arms resting on was way too high - thank goodness I wasn't any shorter. Pedicure - the chair I was sitting in is an upholstered chair - you can't wipe them off. There was hair all over this chair. Pedi wasn't bad. After washing my hair, sitting in the chair for the gal to blow dry my hair and she opens a drawer with all these hair brushes in the drawer - COVERED IN HAIR. She used these on my hair! I went into this spa hoping for a great experience and great day. I couldn't wait to get out of there. But I did tip all the girls.

I’ve been a client here over 10 years. There’s a reason I keep coming back! The atmosphere is fantastic, and all the employees have great attitudes. I get to relax, laugh, and have a good time while I’m here. Most importantly, my hair looks absolutely amazing! Jennifer is top notch! Five stars aren’t enough!

I hired Progressions Salon to do on site wedding hairstyles for myself and my bridesmaids, and we all absolutely loved our hair! Anne was so efficient getting everyone ready in the morning and everyone's style was so beautiful! Highly recommend their services: they were so easy to work with and the end result was gorgeous!

It is very difficult to find someone who will give a perm anymore, and Lakin was more than willing to help me out! I was very impressed with the way she asked me what I wanted and how I wanted it done and she did exactly what I said, and I sooooo appreciate that! My perm turned out just what I needed/wanted- I couldn’t be happier!! Thanks Lakin…. I’ll be back!!
