The worst place. I tried it for the first time 11/21 at Annapolis location because of the IG Botox promo for 150. I ended paying over $300 and they told me that my Botox will last at least 3 months Which was a lie because I started to see my wrinkles again early January 2025 I had Botox before and never experienced such a foolish and bad service. Ladies please don’t let them fool you.

The practitioners and entire staff at ProMD Health are all super energetic, helpful, and professional. They work as a team to make me feel comfortable and at home from the moment you enter the office. I always look forward to and enjoy my visits. Max Lenowitz is absolutely the best! He is an experienced and trustworthy registered nurse practitioner who truly listens to your concerns and goals. He makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. Katerina Markulin is an experienced and exceptional esthetician. She thoroughly explained options and benefits and customized all the recommendations. Katerina provided a very personalized hydrofacial that truly enhanced my face, and relaxed my mind and soul!

Excellent professional friendly approach to customer's needs. Dr. Gavrila is the leader in industry. He goes above and beyond to apply the treatment whatever is the best. The result of treatment is always miraculous!!!

ProMD was a great experience overall! Tori did an excellent job explaining my service. Morgan and Brynn were helpful and friendly. I only experienced a long wait time even though I had an appointment.

I had Botox done today at this place, and honestly, it was a complete scam. They charged me for 20 units, but when I went in, the injector gave me only 3 shots on my right eye and 3 on my left eye. I counted while he was injecting—3 on each side, no more. When he finished, he looked me straight in the eye with complete audacity and said, “I gave you 20 units.” It was a blatant lie. Do not go to this place for Botox 👎👎👎

I made an appointment online to see Victoria Thursby for a consultation and botox treatment. I was seen right away by Molly & Tori. Both girls were extremely nice and informative and made me feel relaxed and welcome. I was given guidance of procedures that I was interested in and thought they were very helpful. I never did see Victoria but felt the advice I was given was sufficient. I was also told I would receive a follow up email with all we discussed and am still waiting on that. Overall pleased with results so far.

I love ProMD Annapolis. Every provider is extremely knowledgeable and my forehead is wrinkle free with the 20 units for $149 along with their botox bank. I go about every three months and look forward to it every time!

I was seen in the Annapolis office yesterday by Molly and Tori. They both were wonderful, super friendly and informative. Tori explained everything so well. It was easy to understand and both listened to my concerns etc. They made me feel very comfortable and confident. So excited for my results. I want to acknowledge the receptionist too that checked me in (long blonde hair I apologize I don’t have her name ). She too was so friendly and welcoming as it was my first time she made me feel welcomed. I’ll definitely return and recommend. Happy holidays ❤️ and thank uou.

I have been a client of ProMd Health of Annapolis since 2021. The office is clean & beautiful. The entire staff from the front desk to Molly one of the aesthetic consultant are friendly. Since day 1 Molly has been extremely kind & very helpful. I try to go 2-3 times a year to get Botox. This time it has been about a year in between Victoria was my injector & my results were incredible. I feel I aged in reverse by 10 years. I highly recommend this office, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the team at ProMD! I've trusted Katarina with my skincare and hydrafacials for years. ProMD is my permanent place for Botox and the like. After several years of using Groupon, trying to find the right fit and also being on a budget I finally have a home here. They are very comfortable make you feel at home and most importantly help make me look beautiful with my natural look. They work with you and the atmosphere is warm and cozy! My mom and I have been coming for several years after both of us used Botox groupons and this is our final destination. They are above and beyond all around amazing from the staff and their products and services. Max is my go to guy and he really knows my skin and really listens. He is amazing!

Dr. G and his entire staff are amazing! I have been going there for a few years. Today I had an appointment with Dr. G. He is a very busy guy. He took his time and listened to my concerns and didnt try to upsell anything. He said, you dont need this or that. Let’s just freshen you up. No pain, very quick and my eyes look fantastic. I highly recommend Pro Md Health and wouldnt trust any other place with my face. 10 out of 10! Also, my 86 year old mother goes there and she looks amazing!

Truly, go here for all your skincare needs even if you have to drive an hour like me! We've all dealt with subpar office staff because we won't go anywhere else for a medical/cosmetic master but from the moment you walk in the door, you are treated so kindly by Morgan, Jenn, and/or Sarah! I've seen Max for years and I trust him to keep me looking natural and fresh. And Katarina gives the best Hydrofacial you've ever experienced. She knows skin. They are all so well trained and educated, they listen to what you want instead of just assuming anything or doing too much or too little, and you leave feeling so fresh and confident.

I love ProMD Health! I have been a patient with them for a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for their Emsculpt. Excellent customer service and expertise in one great package with the best prices! I hope to use their other skin care services soon too, as I have important events coming up. I need to look my best and to have the increased confidence in myself which the great folks at ProMD help me to obtain. Molly is the absolute best and has given me great professional ideas which have helped me achieve my goals with increased confidence in myself too. I am very pleased and grateful to them!

ProMD Health is a lovely establishment. I've used this office for Botox the last four years and their injectors are outstanding. I saw Max this last visit. The way he walks you through his methods and treatment of specific problem areas is top notch.

I love this place. Only reason I'm giving three stars is because I disagree with their 'promotions.' I tried to book but there were no available times. Since I kept getting notifications that there was still time, I figured if you book DURING the promotion, it would still be honored. It wasn't. I still went through with almost everything I wanted and I'm happy with the results.

I started going to Katarina a little over a year ago and wow has she made a difference! After my first facial I could already see amazing results so of course I go monthly now! The staff here are super welcoming, knowledgeable, and the sweetest to address any concerns, etc. They also truly care about you. I got some tough news before coming in and they were very empathetic and later sent me the sweetest gesture of kindness to cheer me up! Updating my review to reflect the follow-up from Katarina. She kindly addressed my concerns and provided advice which I appreciated. My skin cleared up a lot within a week. — I visited ProMD for the first time a few days ago to get a hydrafacial. The office was nice and my aesthetician, Katarina, was kind and thorough, but unfortunately I now have a visible breakout on my face. I was told it was purging.
