Tina is a gem - by far the best blowout I’ve ever gotten and it’s consistently good (she’s blow tried my hair a few times now). I’ve tried all the blow dry bars and a lot of the other salons in the area, and without fail I end up needing to “fix” my hair or wait for it to “fall”. With Tina she listens to what you want and uses the right products to get you a look is perfect the moment you leave the salon and lasts for days (I can typically get it to last 4 days). I recently had her cut my hair and an equally thrilled and the cut is reasonable priced in comparison to other BK and NYC salons. One star off as the salon can be a little loud sometimes so if you are looking for a zen experience this might not be for you - however I think the quality of the services makes up for it.

Lovely salon, I was really scared at the beginning since it was my first time cutting my hair in nyc but everything was great, Jeny was my stylist she helped me a lot picking a option based on how I had my hair. She was the best, very kind and patient with me. I will come back and I 100% recommend them. They washed and brushed my hair. The results were 👌 I would recommend you do and appointment in advance

Tina is the best! We were bleaching my blue/silver hair and the color dye had a reaction to the bleach and turned it various shades of pink 😭 but she managed to neutralize the pink and get it to even out to this beautiful ashy blonde, and gave me the cutest cut! Super happy with the end result

I’ve been coming for over a year now, I stumbled upon it on class pass just trying to use some credits up. Who knew I’d find my favorite place for a haircut and a chat. The hair stylist, Yeni, is absolutely fantastic at what she does and is so kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with whatever cut I’m getting. She recently helped me make a big change to my normal cut by advising me on a new style and bleaching. Huge jump for me, but I trusted in her judgement the whole way through and I absolutely loved the end result. I cannot recommend Yeni enough!

Went and the man that cut my hair was very rude. Didn’t talk to me or even ask really what I wanted. Started trimming my hair and took off much more than I asked. Didn’t know how to cut wavy hair and gave me very blunt layers. Blew out my hair and straightened after I asked to air dry. Again he was very very rude. Will not go back, too expensive for what it was and was very disappointed. Will have to go to another salon to have my hair cut fixed.

I asked for a subtle blonde balayage and half my hair was dyed bleach blonde. I was then promised a refund and never received it. While I understand bad hair experiences happen, the fact that the salon agreed to provide a refund (acknowledging that the service was not done well) and then never did is what made it a truly awful experience.

Save time and money and please don’t come here! I can not believe what I have experienced here. I came here to trim tips , which normally takes around 40 min, I spent there an hour and left in shock. Guy does not know what he was doing and when I complained that he have cut way to much hair from the front he and his co worker started ensuring me how evrything was under control and all he has to do is to blow dry my hair. Which I let him do but all i could see is uneven heavy cuts on both of my sides of hair and by blow drying he tried to hide it so I won’t notice. After I showed him how much it was uneven after an Hour of haircut he wanted to cut even more of already too short of a cut. I am still shivering from the experience… it was horrible !attaching photos of “masterpiece “ as you can see: my right side is shorter than left, on a side I can not even describe what is going on there. He did not even filler hair at all. ( unfortunately don’t know his name)

Was in serious need of a haircut so I searched hair places near me. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place!! The review that convinced me to call stated that the place was cheap and wow were they right! I called yesterday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for today at 10:30am. I’m currently unemployed and not in a place to spend $100+ on a haircut. Full transparency moment: I ended up spending a total of $80 (cash). $60 for the haircut (cash discount aka no bank card fees), $15 for Tina, my stylist who did a terrific job, and $5 tip for the person who washed my hair - they had very soft hands. The hair wash station is out of this world comfortable, it reclines with a leg rest. The space was very clean. There’s 1 restroom (or 1 that I saw and used). To be fair, I was the first customer of the day - but I believe they keep their spaces clean all day. Tina was great. She has great chat. When she was redirecting my head, she did it gently which I appreciated. I also asked a few hair-related questions that she was able to answer with confidence. I will 1000% be returning to Tina’s chair and I recommend others to do the same! I have 0 complaints.

Thank you so much Jenny!!! She was amazing, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, and gave me the option to come back within 7 days if I want the bangs a bit shorter since I was hesitant on longer or shorter. Love it!!

I came it the salon today and the environment was very positive. The hair stylist was very nice, she didn't rush my hair , toke her time and ask me what I want and did exactly as I asked. I got a blow out and it was very much acceptable. Would definitely recommend and go again !!!!

I went in for my appointment early and watched Tina do a woman’s haircut- it looked really good ! Tina is fabulous at her job! Her bubbly personality and patience makes it a great and safe experience at the salon! They don’t call her “Tina Fabulous” for nothing. Go see her for your hair!! The salon itself is also very nice and the entire staff is very friendly ! I will be back !!

Tina did a great job on my hair! I have curly hair (type ~3A) and I came in with choppy layers from a previous cut I got at a different salon. Tina was able to maintain my length and made great recommendations for shaping my hair. The haircut was super affordable and I appreciated that there wasn’t an upcharge for curly hair or hair longer than shoulder-length. Scheduling was easy too and I was able to do a same-day appointment. Thanks again!

Just no consistency. One time you'll get a good haircut. The next time can just be terrible. It's a dice roll. Pros: Relatively cheap for Brooklyn.

Loved my experience! $50 for a haircut (long hair) then $40 for a great blowout. Found the prices very reasonable for the area and loved the results. Demon was very attentive and kind. Will be back for more!

Yeni is a total professional. She is highly skilled, fast, smart, funny, warm, and welcoming. I usually hate getting my hair done bc it takes forever and I always feel awkward but she’s so relaxed and chill. I get my roots done and do bright colors. I just had a haircut today and she killed that too. She’s great and I highly highly recommend scheduling with her.
