When the staff has an appointment with you, assist with checking in and can't remember they have an appointment with you or to greet you. Wait 17 mins for a 5 min botox check. Botax can be received anywhere, great customer service can't. If you can't treat me good for something minimal. You definitely aren't gonna treat me great for surgery... Moving on to something better.

I had my Tummy Tuck consultation with Dr Z. And let me tell you….he was AMAZING!! His bedside manners were very good. His team was amazing as well. Shout out to Holly!! I asked her a thousand questions lol. The process of how things work was a little confusing, but she explained the best way that she could. She told me I could email or call her at any time if I have any questions. Her office was super cute and very welcoming. Dr Z, explained everything about a TT to me. I originally was suppose to have my TT with Mia Aesthetics in Baltimore. I am so glad I decided to go this route with DR Z. It’s nothing like actually meeting the Surgeon before your actual surgery. That way you can get a feel of how his bedside manners are. Which makes a huge difference. I can’t wait to start my journey!!!!

My appointment was amazing with Mila! She is knowledgeable, super positive energy, and provided after treatment instruction for my IPL. Love that she can see me at 7 am so I can have plenty of time to get to work. She was so complimentary about my appearance which left me feeling ready to take on the day. Looking forward to seeing her again for my next appointment.

I absolutely loved my microdermabrasion treatment with Mila. She was very patient and took extra time getting to know me and my skin. She was very kind and did a fabulous job.I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

I’ve seen Trisha quit a few times for Botox and she always does an excellent job. She’s very patient and informative with me as I’m always a bit nervous. Recently had the halo treatment with Mila and can’t say enough great things about it. Mila was great during the whole procedure. Love the results.

When I tell you I love Trish and DR. Mitch Zuckerberg and the staff here!!! They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Their very honest, detail oriented and also takes their time with me and everyone that I referred here!!! Everything I have done from Botox to Fillers, to even surgery; Lower BLEPHRAPLASTY and breast reduction; they have went way beyond my expectations!!!
