I have been coming here for a long time now , but this time a new lady messed up my eyebrows completely and made them so thin and unequal, and when I asked her why she did that she told me don’t pay if you don’t like it. But this lady didn’t understand that she messed up my face. And now I have to live with it until I grow them back.

ANJALI has completely ruined my eyebrows, made me look like joker and said you don’t have to pay. Common have some decency to atleast ask how I want it. NEVER COMING BACK. PT SALON I WANT YOU TO REVIEW THIS COMMENT AND TAKE ACTION. At the least she could have apologized instead of saying draw your eyebrow I can’t fix it more. She is rude and not fit to work in this place. I have been a genuine customer I spend atleast a 200$ every month but you lost it, THANKS

I can’t recommend Anjali enough! She’s amazing at what she does, whether it’s eyebrow threading or waxing. Her hands are so soft and gentle that you barely feel a thing during the process. The results are always flawless, and the experience is so relaxing. Definitely my go-to for all my beauty needs!

I used to really like this place and came here often, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this visit. The older staff member is fantastic—she did my brows last time, and I loved the result, which is why I came back. However, this time, someone else did my brows (according to my appointment it says anjali). While the shape looks good, they weren’t very careful with my skin, and it caused a painful rip. It was my first time in this Salon and I had an emergency with my EYEBROWS to be done. The best salon ever with best services in the town. Anjali, you are such a beauty darling. She did my eyebrows exactly as I wanted. She made it easy for me as I am afraid of threading all the time! She is the best ❤️. Would love to visit again !!!!

"AVOID PT SALON DUBLIN AT ALL COSTS! Their sheer incompetence and negligence has left me with severe burns on my underarms. The pain and discomfort are excruciating, and I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that a salon I trusted could be so reckless. Their lack of expertise and carelessness is appalling, I expect a higher standard of service, especially when it comes to sensitive areas like the underarms. To make matters worse, when I brought this to their attention, their management was dismissive and unapologetic. The manager suggested I apply aloe vera gel for a month, which I did, but it didn't make a difference. When I followed up with her, she seemed completely unbothered, telling me to 'patiently wait' for the marks to fade. No apology, no concern, no sense of responsibility. It's clear that PT Salon Dublin prioritizes profits over customer safety and satisfaction. They take complaints lightly and don't take ownership of their mistakes. Do not risk your skin and well-being by visiting this salon. Take your business (and your trust) elsewhere."

Had visited the salon for threading and facial. They did a good job on threading. However the facial service was of extremely poor quality. The lady did not have any knowledge of facial and was just randomly moving her fingers. The facial was not at all relaxing and I just wanted to get up and leave. They charged so much for nothing.It was a total waste of time and money. They need to train their staff and provide quality service in a professional way.

I’ve been going to this salon since a few months, all the employees are friendly and experienced. I got my services done from Anjali. SHE IS AMAZING. Caring nature, detail oriented and listens and executes according to your needs. Must try her head massage. All in all great salon experience.

I’ve been going to this salon for months now and let me tell you Anjali never disappoints me always makes sure my eyebrows look good and takes her time on trying to perfect them! Hands down she’s the BEST, and her personality unmatchable. Literally I drive from Tracy to Dublin just to see her and I’m not bothered at all.
