I thought this place would be good, but it was mediocre at best! $85 dollars for a haircut that was basically a trim?! The shampoo sucked too! No neck, our scalp massage at all. This place is a joke!! My hair still looked so bad after I got home that I had to trim my own ends! Don't believe what you see. I asked specifically for an experienced stylist and got a chick straight out of beauty school! I want my tip back! Your salon sucks! Do better!!💯

I was visiting the area and needed a professional and natural style. Ron was a perfect fit, he understood precisely what I wanted and executed a great cut. He also was very helpful in product recommendations. Will definitely be returning

I've been seeing Rachel for my hair for the last three years, no matter which salon she is at, no matter how much it costs. This place is pricey, but it's very professional and has great staff. I've had my hair everything from blonde to pixie and Rachel has always done an amazing job. I'll never see anyone else!

Pucci is the best game in town. Everyone at their salon is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and super friendly. You’ll get great service and have a good time. Courtney is my go-to (she’s fantastic!), but there’s no way you can go wrong here. There’s a reason they’ve been the top salon in the area for decades: they’re awesome.

A mistake with highlights turned into quite a strange and hostile situation! 😅 I wish the owner would have reached out as I was trying to get in touch with her all day yesterday. I’m new to the area and was hoping to find a new salon!! Overall great cut, and color, stylist was very nice; they even gave me their card and told me if there was ever an issue to call. When I got home I noticed that the ends of the front pieces of my hair had burned and broke off from the blonde highlights I had got. Freaked out, I gave the stylist a call. Didn’t go well 😬 they got super defensive and told me it didn’t happen. What?! I wasn’t even calling in a rage, just needed help. The front desk staff directed me to the manager rather than the owner, and he told me to come in the next morning. I went in and it was like a scene of the twilight zone: at first he said he didn’t see what I was talking about it (it looked like I had bangs), then he said I’m mistaken, that maybe they were there from before 😲, I stated again, that my hair wasn’t like that when I entered the Salon yesterday, he then said, after gaslighting me that I was hallucinating, that breakage and burns are always a risk for highlights, things like this are common and that he was sorry. Infuriating. Just looking for some support, and all the stylist, manager and front desk staff kept saying was that “they couldn’t put the hair back on.” I was just looking for them to support me and do right by the customer. It was a super hostile and strange situation, it did not have to be. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. They could’ve kept a customer like me that spent $370 every time they go to the salon- obviously they’re good without it.

I am so happy to have found Pucci- what a great spot! The salon is stylishly decorated, clean as a whistle and the staff are not only happy but very talented. They are experts in their field and better than that they listen and want to please. I highly recommend Pucci.

I had a haircut with Alexander. This was the best hair appointment experience I have ever had. Alexander went in with full dedication and focus to cutting my hair as if he had been cutting it for years. I knew he had experience with the likes of musicians and celebrity types so I wasn't as surprised at how professional he was however I was surprised at how he seemed to know all the spots on my head needed more attention to detail without me even mention it. Will definitely visit again !!! Awesome experience !!!

I took my daughter here for a hair cut. Massae was the person that did her hair cut. She was so nice and detailed!!! The haircut was fantastic and we were sooooo happy!!!!!! Massae is the best and we highly recommend her and Pucci Salon!!!!! Thanks to all!!
